Apt. Del Rey:
A lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a private good sized back garden. Located in the much sought after area of Porto de Mós, just 700 metres from the beautiful beach of the same name where you will find 2 lovely restaurants.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an ensuite with a hidro-bath, the 2nd bedroom has the use of the 2nd shower room. Both bedrooms have Air Con, fitted wardrobes and patio windows.

The kitchen is bright and practical and has the usual 'mod cons', such as washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. There is also a large terrace off the kitchen which enjoys views to the gardens of the neighbouring condominium and catches the late afternoon sun making it ideal for eating al fresco.

The lounge / dining room benefits from views of the pool. The terrace off the lounge has a private gate which leads directly onto the pool area making it an ideal choice for those families with young children as you are able to sit on the terrace and still keep an eye on them at all times. There is free Wi-Fi via a 4G router. DVD, Digital receiver, Air con and dining for 6.

The lounge is equipped with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). There is an additional cost of €5 pppn for additional guests sleeping on the sofa bed.

The condominium has a beautiful free form pool, Jacuzzi and landscaped gardens and pool shower. There is also a parking space in an underground garage with this property.

The city walls of Lagos are just 1.9 km from the apartment (a 4 minute drive). From there you can park and walk straight in the town’s Historical centre and explore its myriad of cobbled streets. And for golfers, Boavista Golf course just a 3 minute drive will bring you to Boavista Golf course making this apartment an ideal holiday get away for all.

Quiet place to stay in Algarve

Pros: 1. Quiet location. Neighborhood felt safe. 2. Good amount of space for a family of 5. 3. Pool and hot tub near unit. 4. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, salt, pepper available. 5. Communication with management was great during business hours. 6. Availability of parking near unit. 7. Washing machine. Cons: 1. Car dependent unless able to walk into town which is about 25 min. 2. Only one set of towels (bath and hand towel) per person, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 5 day stay. No shampoo. No paper towels, no dish soap, no extra trash bags, no detergent. 3. The sleeping couch in the living room is dated and extremely uncomfortable with a very thin mattress. 4. All 4 beds have spring mattresses. While we specifically asked about it as we read some of the reviews, we were told that it’s about individual preferences (soft vs firm). After sleeping on those beds, I can assure you that it has nothing to do with a particular preference as I am ok with either one but you can feel the coils just by placing your hand on the mattress. Old mattresses with little to no padding. 5. While the unit had a coffee machine there was no coffee at least for day one. After purchasing the wrong size pods we gave up on the idea of using it. 6. No pool towels while advertising a pool. When we asked about pool towels we were told that we can either purchase those at the store or rent for 5euros per night. 7. Tech came to look at the bath fan. Left dust behind while fan still not fixed.

We had a lovely 3 weeks in the Algarve. Easy check in, prompt replies from the property manager ,proximity to beautiful walking trails and Lagos as well as tennis courts and golf courses.

Bien mais matelas inconfortable

Un logement grand, propre et très sympa. Les 2 gros points négatifs sont les matelas (On sent les ressorts toute le nuit) et la proximité avec le voisinage quand on est sur la terrasse.

Nice Stay in Lagos

My family recently had a great stay at this property in Lagos. Some of the things that we really enjoyed were the cleanliness, the location, and the quietness. This property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos and is very quiet both day and night. I was very relaxing to sit outside on the patio or out by the pool. The property was a great choice for my family during our 4 night stay in June 2022. Here are some pros and cons of the property. Pros: - Garden level. Easy to walk directly from the apartment to the pool. - The apartment was very clean on arrival - Able to self check-in without having to wait for the host - 10 minute walk to Porto Mos Beach - Had all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare your own food. - 3 different AC units to keep each space cool as needed. - Quiet yet convenient location. 5-10 minute drive to anything in town. Cons: - Not enough paper products. No paper towel or napkins. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay. - Not enough cleaning products. It would be nice to have a small amount of laundry soap, or extra dish towels, or even extra trash bags. We only had a single trash bag. - The beds are really uncomfortable. Old school style spring mattresses. Definitely not well used, but very stiff. - The sofas have seen better days and sink into the middle. The pros do outweigh the cons though. Bumping the nightly rate up by $5-10 per night and including all those paper and cleaning products would go a long way. As a visitor it is impossible to buy small quantities of those things at the store. And it's probably time to invest in some memory foam type mattresses and some new couches.

Uns dias bem passados...

Casa com boas condições, espaçosa com boas áreas de lazer, e privacidade. Falta na cozinha uma varinha mágica e a máquina de café não estava operacional. Piscina aprazível e jardim bem cuidado e com boas sombras. Sofá Cama desconfortável para 5ª e 6ª pessoa. Voltávamos novamente.

The unit was very clean and location was excellent. Unfortunately the internet WiFi and the television didn’t work for the entire stay. The unit was also lacking in basic supplies like hand soap and cleaning products. Knives needed sharpening.

Traumurlaub in Lagos / Porto de Mos

In diesem Sommer ging es mit der Familie nach Lagos / Porto de Mos in Portugal. Bereits bei der Buchung hatte ich den Eindruck bekommen, dass man in diesem Objekt gut aufgehoben ist. Die Kommunikation verlief positiv, auf Rückfragen kamen zeitnahe Antworten, es gab keine Probleme mit der Bezahlung. Als wir dann vor Ort ankamen, dachten wir, wir sind im Paradies gelandet. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr geräumig, auch die beiden Schlafzimmer waren großzügig bemessen; jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Bzgl. der Ausstattung war alles da, was man braucht, lediglich eine Spülmaschine wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Zu dem positiven Gesamteindruck der Wohnung zählte auch eine geräumige Tiefgarage, die in hellen Farben gestrichen und top-sauber war. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für uns war das Ehebett. Es gab nur eine große Federkernmatraze und nur eine Decke für zwei Personen. Wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist, muss man sich erst mal damit arrangieren... Vom Wohnzimmer, der Küche und den Schlafzimmern kam man jeweils auf einen Terassenabschnitt. Von einer Terasse konnte man in den Innenhof mit dem Pool und den schönen Grünanlagen blicken, die andere Terasse war auf der Rückseite. Tische und Stühle und vier zur Wohnung gehörende Liegestühle waren vorhanden. Ein Liegestuhl war bei unserer Ankunft kaputt, was aber keine Einschränkung bedeutet hat. Die Krönung war der Innenhof mit dem Schwimmbad und den sehr gepflegten Gartenanlagen. Der gemähte Rasen, Palmen und verschiedene Bäume, sowie geschnittene Hecken waren eine Augenweide. Direkt neben dem Hauptschwimmbad gab es einen kleinen Whirlpool (kein warmes Wasser) den man selbst anschalten konnte. Perfekte Bedingungen, um im Wasser Spaß zu haben, unter einer schattenspendenden Palme auf einer Liege zu lesen oder einfach nur zu entspannen. Fazit: Wir hatten eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung, die maßgeblich zur Entspannung und Erholung beigetragen hat und empfehlen diese gerne weiter.

Stayed in area before.

Stay in same complex before (indifferent apartment) Had slight problem locating actual block etc as arrived in the dark and outside lighting and signage not great. Overall quality of apartment and furnishings good. Must however say that the television system does not function at all well. (Fortunately this is not critical to us) If however you have children who like various programmes or you expect to be able to watch at will you could be disappointed. Having said that our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Wie bereits im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, hat die Schlüsselübergabe mit Code sehr gut geklappt. Nach Ankunft in der Wohnung waren wir positiv überrascht. Größe, Raumaufteilung und die moderne Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider fehlte aus unserer Sicht in der Küche eine Spülmaschine, eine Kaffeemaschine ( wir stehen nicht so auf Pads ) und eine größere Arbeitsfläche. Sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirme und 1 - 2 Töpfe waren nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig und sollten mal ersetzt werden. Mit der Satellitenanlage konnte man alle Ländersender empfangen. Sehr gut. Das hat man nicht überall. Durch die Möglichkeit, dass man zwei Sitzgelegenheiten / Terrassen hatte, konnte man sich immer die beste aussuchen. Wir haben immer auf der Poolseite gesessen, da dort weniger Wind war. Immer mit Blick auf den Pool. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wohnung für 4 Personen. Wir würden sie immer wieder buchen. Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Großzügige Wohnung, mit 2 Terrassen und gepflegter Außenanlage mit Pool. Die Küchenausstattung müsste erneuert werden, v.a. Töpfe, Pfannen. Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Wechsel nach Hälfte des Aufenthalts.

Ruhiger Herbsturlaub...

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schön angelegten Anlage. Anfang Oktober waren nur wenige Wohnungen belegt, daher war es sehr ruhig. Das kann im Sommer natürlich anders sein....Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, außer Ablageflächen im Bad, die fehlen komplett. Super war die Klimaanlage, sehr leise und auch auf angenehme Temperaturen einzustellen.
