Restored and updated still preserving the pure local rustic feel, ensuring the playfulness of the home wasn’t lost in the renovation.
What makes this property unique are its true vintage elements tipical of the time: split levels, built-in sofa and shelving, authentic azulejos tiles, terracotta flooring through out the house, exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows.
all appliances are new, all beds are new.
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds per room, every bedroom enjoys sea view.
4 bathrooms ( 1 ensuite) / 4 balconies / terrace with BBQ outdoor dining area / small pool / sun loungers / garden / separate room for washer, dryer / room with sofabed and TV.
Beach, shops, bars and restaurants are 300meters walking distance.

We were a group of 3 friends traveling together. This house was a perfect base to explore the Western Algarve. There was plenty of space to spread out and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed, particularly since we ate out most evenings. There are excellent restaurants nearby. The pool was very welcome at the end of a hot day. The property management was slow to respond but the host quickly answered our most important questions.

Great stay in Luz

Wonderful place just a short walk from central Luz and right on edge of the cliffs and the great walking trail that goes all the way down the coast - we walked the 3 miles down to Burgau for breakfast one morning - highly recommended.

Artistic and Traditional Beach Villa

We loved our stay in this villa. It was very clean and private. It’s an older house so it can smell moldy if you don’t open windows from time to time. But such a gorgeous view! Not for the people looking to party and get drunk. It’s a traditional, artistic, respectable space. The response time by the property managers was a little slow, but they did fulfill all needs. Only negative was the housekeeping said they’d send someone to clean the pool, and never did. The pool was not filthy, but it was also not completely clean. Some green algae and dirt on the bottom. They did give me the run around on that one and also when we needed more toilet paper etc. I’d text the property managers instead of housekeeping- that would be my advice. Just fyi, so you know what to expect. Everything else was great.

Really Nice Property

House was great. The four bathrooms were an added plus. Swimming pool was wonderful for little ones. House could provide better pillows and linens. There could also be better, more comfortable outdoor seating. The walk to Luz Beach proper is a good hike, especially if you have young ones in your group. All in all a great place to spend a vacation.

Wonderful villa

This is a fantastic villa in such a brilliant location, easy to walk in to the local amenities. You can tell this property has been designed to optimise the beautiful sea views. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful home!

I loved everything about this house—the decor, the location, the views. I could live here all year. Sleeping with the windows open to the ocean air was so nice. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. The house was much larger than I needed but well worth the price for the location, views, facilities, and privacy. I will return, hopefully with friends or family next time.

Excellent location and traditional villa. Some aspects in need of updating such as loungers. Would have liked additional pillow and lounger cushions. Shame no comfortable outside furniture other than main table. Overall location across from cliffs and proximity to Luz. Great views made for great holiday

Fijn huis met spectaculair uitzicht!

Voor de derde keer brachten wij onze zomervakantie in dit huis door. Het is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf de terrassen is geweldig mooi. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Perfect in Portugal

We had a splendid week staying at the villa. Breathtaking view, perfect weather, delicious and bountiful food and everything within walking distance. Will stay again next time we travel to Portugal.

Hervorragend - empfehlenswert - geeignet auch für Familien

Mein Mann, meine Eltern und ich waren sehr begeistert. Mehrere Zimmer hatten Balkons und Meerblick. Der Meerblick von der Gemeinschaftsterasse unten ist durch den Garten malersich umrandet. Es gibt keine parkende Autos vor dem Haus. Nur wenige Fußgänger, welche die Privatsphäre wahrten. Idyllisch gelegen ca. 7-10 Gehminuten zum Strand, entlang auf der Straße mit kaum Verkehr und schönem Meerblick. Empfehlenswert.

Fijn huis op een mooie locatie!

Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Maar het allerbelangrijkste is de locatie. Gelegen in een prachtige tuin, met een geweldig uitzicht op zee. Dit was de tweede keer dat wij in dit huis verbleven. Volgend jaar gaan we weer!

Petit paradis sur locean

Superbe moment passé en famille dans cette très jolie maison. Magnifique Vue sur l’océan et les falaises. Maison très bien équipée, piscine agréable pour une baignade de retour de ballade. En face, une esplanade de rochers accessibles qui mènent à l’océan; pêche possible mais baignade difficile. Très tranquille et reposant. Loin des foules. Mais à 5 mn à pied du centre ville, commerces, restaurant et grande plage de sable. Praia da Luz est un village calme et loin des foules de Faro. Lagos est à 10 mn en voiture.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als große Familie dort. Das Haus ist ein wahrer Schatz, sehr schön eingerichtet, toll verwinkelt und dennoch groß und geräumig. Die Zimmer Aufteilung war perfekt für unserer Familien Konstellation. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte ein Badezimmer. Die drei oberen Zimmer hatten nochmal zwei separate Bäder. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wirklich von jedem Zimmer hatte man einen unfassbar schönen Meerblick! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Die meiste Zeit haben wir gemeinsam auf der großen Terrasse mit tollen Blumen und sehr hübsch angelegten Garten verbracht. Auch hier hatte man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Parkplatz bietet genügend Platz für zwei Autos. Vom Pool waren wir mehr als überrascht! Weil dieser viel größer war, als er auf den Bildern wirkte. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig - trotz Saison Zeit Ende August. Nur nachts kam die Müllabfuhr und hat die Container ein paar Meter die Straße hoch gelehrt. Wenn man dann aber die Fenster geschlossen hat, war auch das kein Problem. Schön war, das man einfach über die Straße auf die Felsen laufen konnte und dort angeln, schwimmen oder schnorcheln gehen konnte. Zu Fuß war man sehr schnell am Strand Luz oder auch beim Spar Supermarkt. Ca. 10 Minuten Lauf Zeit. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Très belle maison situation exceptionnelle

Maison magnifique , emplacement de rêve face à la mer. Petit village de Luz très sympa . Cuisine très bien équipée, petite piscine sympa ( non chauffée mais franchement c’est très bien ). Agence qui gère le logement très disponible. On reviendra .
