Cosy decorated studio at Quinta Paraiso da Mia

There are a few places on earth where it is so beautiful that time had no influence. Quinta Paraiso da Mia is such a place and is therefore called the "best kept secret of Luz". The Quinta is located in the Algarve, the most southeren region of Portugal, known for the unique and special light and the most hours of sunshine in Europe.

Amongst the 7000m2 of subtropical gardens are 14 tastefully decorated apartments. Between the roses, bougainvillea`s and palmtrees, you will find your way to the studios or the one or two bedroomed apartments.
A Studio apartment (T0), for max. 2 persons, consists of a livingroom were also the two single beds are situated (can easily be turned into a double bed), a well equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric hotplates, oven, micro-wave, coffee machine, toaster etc, one bathroom with a shower. Also you have your own terrace with garden furniture and sun beds, were you can enjoy the view of the Portuguese oleander-bushes.

Included in the rental price are all local taxes, 3 times per week maid service (except on Sundays and national bank holidays), the use of water, electricity and access to our (salt water)pool.

All our apartments are non-smoking, have satellite television and will be provided with bed linen, kitchen - and (bathroom) towels. Bed linen will be changed once a week, kitchen and (bathroom) towels twice a week. Towels for the beach and/or pool are not included. If you would like you can rent some of them at our reception.

To start your holiday well we serve every day a very rich continental breakfast (different types of rolls, croissants, toast, sliced tomatoes, several types of cheese, sliced cold meat, Nespresso coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit or yoghurt or a boiled egg, marmalade, honey etc.). The price of this continental breakfast ,served at your table near the pool, is Euro 13,50 per adult / per day. Breakfast can also be ordered during your stay 24 hours in advanced. As an good alternative we deliver freshly baked rolls and croissants at your apartment.

As an extra facility, to make your stay even more enjoyable, we have a wireless internet connection in all the apartments, without additional charges (although we would appreciate a small donation at the end of your stay for the local Handicapped Children´s Institute “NECI”). You can bring your own laptop computer and use the internet service, in the comfort of your apartment.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 12am and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

For the colder winter months :
- all our apartments have UNDERFLOOR-HEATING.
- most also have a fire place.
- special "long-let"prices if you stay 4 weeks or longer.

After all, the well-being of our guests and employees is the utmost importance.

Studio in Luz

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. It was a lovely compact property set in beautiful grounds which were very peaceful.
