Just a very pleasant demeanor. The room was nice, bed comfortable and there were many useful amenities, though the shower lacked pressure (my only criticism)
The free breakfast the next morning had a great selection of hot and cold items, juices, etc. (though the coffee was about as...

"Clean, well maintained with friendly efficient staff, Bedding and towels all seemed quite new. I particularly liked the half moon hot tub with a bay windowed view and being on 4th floor was quiet for rest.
Would be nice to have a bathroom nightlight.
Easy interstate or 45th street business/ restaurant access."

"We liked the different layout of the room and the kitchen area.
The third floor hallway had a rather strong smell of some type of ethnic
food. The first room we were assigned had an unpleasant smell as if the
room had not been aired out in a year. The front desk employee kindly
reassigned us to the room next door whih was was much fresher.
We had to go to bed early and leave early, so did not have the chance
