C A S A N O V A Beach Villa with Amazing Sea View, Only 5 min Walk to Carvoeiro

Charming Authentic Portuguese Villa, overlooking Paraiso (Paradise) beach.

Pretty and comfortable we have recently renovated Casanova to share after 50 years of being just our family's beach house. So... brand new bathrooms, the nicest bed linen, comfy pillows, WI-FI, Air-Con and Smart TV!

Ideally situated on the cliff directly above Paraiso we have fantastic sea views and are downhill walk to Carvoeiro in 4-5 minutes.

A few minutes walk up the road is a Spar with a freshly baked bread and pastries daily, a beauty salon, a cafe and a kiosk (in season) serving fresh coffee, breakfast, newspapers, inflatables etc. There is also a great little pizza restaurant.

This villa is great for families and friends, in high summer and arguably even better in the milder seasons too.

Three traditionally decorated bedrooms - one with a kingsized double and two single rooms with twin beds in each - we can comfortably sleep 6. All have very nice bed linen, good sized cupboards, air-con and shutters on the windows.

The upstairs sitting room is comfy and cosy with sofas and armchairs, a log burning fire, lots of games, books, Netflix, Air con, WIFI and amazing sea views from every window.

The doors open onto the wrap around terraces and abundant flower garden and there are tables, chairs and sun-beds to arrange however you want.

Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc has plenty of crockery, utensils and glasses. The dining room seats 6-8 and so does the terrace outside.

Views and location are unbeatable for Carvoeiro. Just a few minutes walk downhill into the Village Square for lots of buzzing restaurants, shops and bars.

if you have a car, we are a short drive within approx 10k radius to picturesque beaches Marinha, Rocha, Benagil, Carvalho, ferragudo and Caneiros.
For Wild West surfing lovers we are half an hour from Lagos, and about 50mins from Sagres and Aljezur.

Golf courses close by are Milho, Pinta, Gramacho and you can book tennis courts a 5 minute drive up the road at Clube Carvoeiro.

There is a free car-park in the ronda just in front by Mard'Fora restaurant.

Major supermarkets are a short drive out of Carvoeiro on the road to Lagoa.
