"The warmth of the welcome was amazing. 2 smiling faces welcoming us was great. Communication prior to the arrival was clear and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, homemade pastry and fresh delicious coffee. It was sheer delight."

"Zénao offre des appartements dans des résidences pour personnes âgées. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver Zénao, c'est indiqué sur une petite feuille A4 collée en bas à droite de l'affiche de la résidence pour personnes âgées. L'appartement était propre et bien, mais la climatisation / chauffage est centralisée. "All the staff are incredibly kind, motivated, and helpful. The room is very neat and clean. Breakfast is nice, although I would also appreciate a vegetable or something. Location is perfect, just between the station and the city center. I would definitely come back when I return to Dijon!"

"Fantastic restaurant! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Spacious well-equipped room with very comfortable bed! Central location conveniently close to the train station and tourist sites. Highly recommended!"

"A good place to stay for a short-term. Bed was comfortable, a little on the firm side. Shared washroom was always clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas with clean as well lots of room if you want to work or just relax. Conveniently located near Historical Area and less than a 15 minute walk to the train station or hop on the streetcar which was less than 5 minutes walk."

"The room had a fun and unique look. The hallway carpet looks shabby because of staining. In our numerous stays throughout France we were treated very welcoming way as Americans, at this hotel was the first time I noticed any difference in our treatment by the front desk staff."

"If we had better planned our departure date we would not have to stay an additional day at the property. But we messed up and the staff was gracious and efficient with extending our stay one more night. And matched the Expedia $$. What more can you ask??"

"Good basic clean accommodation and efficient and friendly staff."

"Centrally located with subterranean parking garage across the street."

"My toilet was not ckean and the sheets were not changed. I had to change them myself because the receptionist couldn't leave the post and no one else was available. Next day, Even though i had a " do not disturb" card on my door, they still came in and straightened my room. The new sheets they gave me haf a live moth-type bug that i had to eliminate. Also, there was a snell of sewer because if the way the bathroom is set up: horizontal pipes with a pump, so smell and noise from the pump. A huge...

"Es un sitio bastante viejo. Las cosas funcionan de milagro. Mucho ruido de la calle, pero excelente ubicación. Para 1 noche como mucho."
