The little added touches make all the difference. Other than the key pad battery being low which did not allow us to enter with the code, the stay went off without a hitch. Thanks!"

"The house was exactly as it looks in the photos. Very charming and clean. Also peaceful. Just be aware that the “2 twin beds in the common space” are the two (very hard) futons in the living room. My group was made up of seven 40-yr-old women and there was no way any of us could sleep on those things, so two of us ended up having to share one of the actual twin beds in a bedroom. I highly suggest taking an air mattress and your own pillows if you have more than 6 people over the age of 25!"

"5 sisters had a girls trip and this place was perfect. The grounds were very peaceful and birds were very active . We enjoyed the vinyl records, billiards room, and fire pit the most. We will definitely be returning to this home . The location near Turkey Run State Park and the covered bridges in the area was perfect. Thanks again!"

"Stayed here at the end of the spring semester to help my son move out of his apartment and make the drive back to NC. Location is convenient to campus (25 minute drive) but far enough away to offer a peaceful stay. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. They also provided helpful local information before my stay. Rental was very clean and comfortable. Great river view."

"I didn’t expect much for this house to be honest because I just wanted it for one night. But when I walked in it was so big and spacious. Such a cute house. The host was a fast communicator, they had a lot of beds. It was a very fun place to stay. They had games and books! They even let small events happen ofc that’s why I booked. They’re nice and if you ever need to book a place. Don’t hesitate! This place is great! Cleanliness 10/10"

"The house is very large and full of couches and chairs for large groups. The kitchen is large and fun to cook in. The location is great, the creek that flows across the property traverses a concrete weir or old crossing that creates a nice waterfall noise effect. The towns people were friendly and we had a great time."

"Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. Beautifully set table looked very inviting. Only recommendations would be hand towel holders in the bathrooms and an end table or two in living room. Would definitely stay here again.
