When i checked into the house at around 7pm with my family the heat in the entire house did not work. It was a very cold weekend and the heating system must have broke. The owner could not fix the issue and i had to find last minute accommodations 30 miles away at the closest Inn. I understand issues happen and some things are out of out control. The owner agreed to give me a full refund for the stay and I have been chasing for close to a month and still no full refund. I dont like leaving negative feedback but when someone ignores your phone calls and text messages I have no choice but to do so.
