Villa Caprice, a 1934 house, is located in the heart of Lacanau Océan, on the South Beach, 100m from the beach, surf spots, and surf schools. Conveniently located, you can park your car under the carport and explore everything on foot or by bike. You have access to a 500m² wooded plot with small outdoor seating areas, a pergola in the garden with a dining area, barbecue, and terrace. You can drive your car inside the property, which is closed by a remote-controlled gate and equipped with a carport. The house consists of a living room with a kitchen (ceramic hob/oven), dining area, and south-facing reading lounge, two bedrooms (the first with two 80x200cm beds that can be combined into a 160x200cm bed, a chest of drawers, the second with a mosquito net, a large closet/wardrobe, and a 160x200cm bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower with a door, and a separate toilet. For your return from the beach or to store your bikes or surfboards, you have access to a garage where you can also find the washing machine. Bed linens and towels are provided, and bathroom linen rental is available as an option. Heating is an additional charge from early October to mid-April. End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra from January 1 to July 5 and from August 23 to December 31 (If you do not purchase the cleaning package, a cleaning deposit check will be required upon arrival).
