The staff was always making sure we were being taking care of even if we were leaving somewhere they would ask if it was a good experience or if we need any recommendations. Have in mind, if you are staying in the main building and you have lots of luggage, there’s no elevator to bring them up, so get ready to have a last minute stairmaster workout."

"New or renewed facilities but strangely enough, the room is was very noisy. I was able to hear every other guest opening al closing their doors y running water on their bathrooms. Very strange to be a new building. Everything else, was a good al value "

"Solid property… It’s a little far away from all of the action, but for me, that was a good thing. It was about a 25 minute walk to the super touristy area. The unit was clean and the staff was really easy to get a hold of. All the instructions for everything were clear. I was really satisfied and would definitely stay here again."

"Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Toilet door opens a bit awkward, opens way into the sink area. TV was excellent, large and modern with easy connect to YouTube. Staff were very helpful answering questions, recommendations and booking train tickets. Location is alright since it is walking distance to downtown. Uber is super cheap in Porto, €5 gets you to the river. We would stay here again."
