This house 400m from the beach and 350m from the city center, completely renovated, consists of a beautiful living room with lounge, flat screen TV and terrace access, a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven), a separate toilet. A large master suite equipped with a 160 double bed, a private bathroom with shower and sink as well as direct access to the garden. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 double bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 single bunk beds of 90, bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Also available: a washing machine in the laundry room, a garden at the back with terrace and garden furniture, 1 parking space on enclosed land. Pets not allowed in the rental. Free wifi access in the house. The owners leave at your disposal a travel cot, a stroller and a baby bath. End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€145), rental of childcare equipment.
Please note: the owners do not want the house to be used for private events such as bachelorette parties or other.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.

séjour très agréable

Une belle maison, refaite à neuf, moderne, fonctionnelle, idéalement placée (5/6 min centre ville, 7/8 min plage et pourtant au calme). La description est conforme à la réalité. Spacieuse et bien équipée. (à part de quoi étendre les serviettes de toilette et une casserole d'une taille raisonnable) Nous recommandons!
