This luxurious six-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath private home in the Caribbean Resort of Casa de Campo offers an unparalleled experience of tropical paradise. Nestled just steps away from the Caribbean, it boasts breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from every room. The interior is adorned with expanded vaulted wood ceilings that create a sense of openness and natural beauty, complemented by elegant coral stone floors.

The living spaces are designed to seamlessly merge with the outdoor oasis, thanks to full glass sliding doors that lead to a spacious pool area. Here, you'll find a large pool and a heated Jacuzzi that offer a perfect vantage point for soaking in the Caribbean's stunning vistas.

Your stay at this exquisite private home is made even more exceptional by the dedicated staff. Our Cook and Butler are at your disposal, ready to craft culinary delights and cocktails tailored to your preferences. Additionally, a full housekeeping team ensures that your surroundings remain pristine and inviting throughout your stay.

For personalized service and special requests, the owner of the property serves as your dedicated concierge. Their goal is to anticipate and fulfill your every desire, ensuring that your Caribbean getaway is nothing short of extraordinary.
Casa De Campo charges all renters at private homes a $30.00 per adult per day resort fee and less per child which will be added to your final bill at checkout. This is quite common for all resorts that offer all the amenities and security for the guests.
Staff hours are 8:30-4:30. I do not charge an extra fee for dinner service, I do ask the renters to pay the Taxi fare of $50.00 for the staff to return home after the dinner service.

Excellent stay for our extended family !

This is our second home that we have rented in Casa de Campo and the layout was perfect for our familyIvy is incredible and very communicative. She is always easily to get a hold of and the staff is very responsive to any of our requests. The view and the breeze coming in from the ocean are absolutely unbeatable, and it is very quick on the golf carts to get to the hotel gym and the beach. The only negative has nothing to do with the house. You have to pay a hefty resort fee, but things like the gym and tennis courts, which would typically be included are not part of that fee.

WOW FACTOR!

Words cannot explain how much we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very accommodating and the plenty of flowing space in the villa. The artwork and decor is amazing to include the pool and jacuzzi! Costa Verde 3 is the BEST villa on the Teeth of Dog golf course. It was such a delight to wake up every morning to the beautiful Caribbean ocean and the villa's landscaping. Thank you! We are booking for next year!

Amazing week in paradise!

Just spent a fantastic week with our family of 8 and one infant. Costa Verde 3 is a beautiful home with everything needed for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Staff is phenomenal in every respect preparing delicious meals while keeping the house immaculate and doing daily laundry (pack lightly as you come home every afternoon to folded clean clothes). Golfing at Teeth of the Dog and Dye Four were challenging but well worth it. If you choose to dine out, our favorites were SBG and La Piazzetta. Playa Minitas is a great beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas as is just hanging out at the villa’s pool overlooking the golf course and Caribbean and enjoying the breeze. Ivy and her team are fantastic and we cannot wait to figure out our next dates and book again.

This is an outstanding Villa with views to die for!

We had a great family Thanksgiving in CV3 and you should not go wrong if you rent it. It starts with the owner Ivy who is very attentive and pays attention to details. She contacted us a month before arrival to make things were set and arranged for when we got there. She let us know about the cooking/house keeping arrangements and took care of the reservations we needed. Ivy is terrific. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. It's as good as the pictures show on the website. Our family ranged from 12-60 and we all had a great time and will hopefully go back some day.

Amazing adventure for the whole family

This property was stunning. From the views to the interior furnishings to the location! We loved everything about our stay here.Anna and staff greeted us at the front door upon our arrival. The first night we stayed in and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by the staff at the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always superior and we looked forward to each meal. As a family we enjoyed the large table that was able to accommodate all of us. There are so many seating areas around the house to enjoy an afternoon of reading, or lounging. The pool was pristine and our granddaughter loved the shallow shelf and steps - she is really learning to enjoy the water, thanks to 6 days in the Dominican.We ate out 2 of our 6 nights, but if I had my way, we would have eaten at home every night, the food was that good.Make sure you rent golf carts and explore a bit. The marina has some amazing boats and yachts to see, as well as some very good eating spots. There is a small market in the marina as well, plenty of good choices to restock the pantry.We hope to definitely go back to this amazing home in the future.Thank you Ivy, Anna, Leonardo, Carmella and Lele - you all made our trip a huge success!

Mi familia!

This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! There is a reason this house stays booked. We awoke every morning to coffee and a full breakfast, fresh frozen drinks by the pool and always clean clothes folded on our bed each night. Dinner at the villa is better than any restaurant, but we always go out a few nights to give the staff a break. The location of the house is just a quick golf cart ride away from restaurants at the Beach Club, the Marina and Chavon. We had a total of 10 people, and the villa layout is perfect for 2 families or even 6 couples. Ivy is quick to answer any questions and help in any way. We didn't leave before checking our calendar for the next availability!

Casa De Compo: Look No Further - Stay Here!

Our experience was first class from start to finish. The owner (Ivy) was extremely responsive to our questions and flawlessly arranged our transportation to/from the villa, golf cart rentals, pre-arrival food & beverage stocking of the villa and restaurant reservations. The villa and property are beautiful with a gorgeous setting overlooking the golf course and ocean. The villa is well stocked and has numerous gathering spaces, inside and outside around the pool. The staff (Ana, Maria, Tomas and Jean Carlos) were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was prepared each morning and we had dinner at the villa 3 nights and ate at the restaurants 3 nights, which was a good balance for us. We discussed options with Ana and she prepared wonderful meals for us. We will be back!

Even Better the Second Time

This was our second stay at this spectacular home in Casa de Campo, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. The house is exceptionally well-appointed and accommodated our group of 12 adults with ease—each guest having their own bedroom and private bathroom made for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. The views are breathtaking, with a peaceful panorama stretching across the golf course out to the ocean beyond.What truly sets this home apart, however, is the service. The on-site staff, particularly Anna, were attentive, kind, and made sure every detail of our stay was seamless. Ivy, the host, is phenomenal—she arranged for dinner reservations, golf cart rentals delivered before arrival, and was always available and responsive to any questions or requests. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.The location within Casa de Campo is ideal—just a quick golf cart ride to the beach, the resort hotel, and the world-renowned Teeth of the Dog golf course. While the home is slightly farther from the marina and Altos de Chavón, the central placement and ease of access make getting anywhere within the resort simple and enjoyable.Having visited Casa de Campo five or six times now, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite experiences yet. I would enthusiastically recommend this home to anyone considering a visit, and I’m so grateful to Ivy for her continued hospitality. We can’t wait to return.
