Studio - with independent entrance into the building
The Studio (24m2 and completely independent) is located on the ground floor of a large bourgeois house from the 19th century, completely refurbished.
The street is very quiet, reduced traffic, and not very busy.

• The living-room is equipped with high-end bedding (Two real beds for 2 people with slatted base articulated relaxation European queen (1. 60 mx2 m.) On request, we can prepare 2 separate beds, a wardrobe and work space and 80 cm LCD flat screen.
• An open kitchen (fully equipped) with breakfast counter (Nespresso machine) and also a dining area (table and 3 chairs) and a library.
• A bathroom with an Italian shower and 1 sink (Grohe taps), as well as a heated towel rail and wc.
