Golden hour pours over the Santa Rosa Mountains as you pull into your private corner home in PGA Signature - a quiet, tucked-away retreat just steps from the Stadium Course clubhouse. Inside and out, this La Quinta home is built for gathering: lazy afternoons by the pool, evenings around the fire pit, and late nights in the game room with no reason to check the time.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests, each with its own ensuite bath. The Primary Suite features a king bed, a 65` Smart TV with cable, and a bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, 50` Smart TV, and ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, plus a 50` TV and ensuite bath. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility, with a king air mattress and pack `n play available upon request.

Living & entertainment
The living room centers around a 75` Smart TV and comfortable seating built for movie nights and group hangs. The enclosed patio game room - complete with AC - keeps the fun going with a ping pong table, pool table, arcade games, and its own TV. The converted golf cart bay in the garage doubles as a poker room with a mini split AC and dedicated TV. A game console, Ethernet connection, and WiFi round out the entertainment options.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from casual breakfasts to full group dinners. Stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, and granite countertops give you everything you need. A drip coffee maker handles morning routines, and both an indoor dining table and outdoor dining area offer space to gather around a meal together.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced private backyard framed by mountain views. The pool and private hot tub - open 24 hours, all year - anchor the outdoor space, while a putting green gives golfers one more reason to stay close to home. A fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture set the scene for evenings spent outside, and a private patio or balcony extends your living space into the desert air.

Comfort & essentials
Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor electric fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage - including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - are all provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Location & access
Set in La Quinta, the home sits approximately 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields and within easy reach of Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and nearby golf courses. Guests have free resort access, including a shared gym nearby. Arrival is easy with self check-in via keypad, a private entrance, and free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles plus free street parking. An EV charger is also available on the property.


Good to know
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge - just ask and the team will do their best to accommodate. A mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. The home has HOA noise requirements in place. Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and above the garage facing the street. The team does not recommend shipping packages to the property.
Regarding pets: no cats are permitted; certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered for an additional fee.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
