Here is your rare opportunity to rent this fully renovated, south-facing home with the most desired view - sweeping unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Mountains across the Mountain and Dunes Courses at the La Quinta Resort.

The Space:
Experience unobstructed golf course views with a gorgeous mountain backdrop in your backyard! The open floor plan of this home invites you to the large living and dining area with unbelievable views. Enjoy a fully upgraded kitchen with state of the art appliances including a Viking stovetop. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountain/golf course views through large windows in nearly every room. There is a large shaded patio with a BBQ and patio furniture for you to enjoy a nice relaxing meal while taking in the scenery.

The two large master suites have luxurious bathrooms and spacious closets. One has a king size bed and the other one has 2 queen size beds. The detached and newly remodeled Casita has a king size bed and opens to the private courtyard.

Drive an electric vehicle? All guests receive complimentary use of the Tesla charge station located in the home's 2 car garage!



You will not have hotel resort privileges with this rental, however you are welcome to dine at the many wonderful La Quinta Resort Restaurants, Golf at the La Quinta PGA courses, or utilize the Resort Spa for a fee. Full access to Santa Rosa Community Amenities including 10 pools/spas and multiple tennis courts!

Perfect Palm Desert home!

The location is ideal, best views, clean and spacious. I prefer this house over the La Quinta Resort. Loved staying here and will again!

Great Property

I wanted to get away from the city for 4th of July because my wife is pregnant and wanted her to relax.. what an amazing decision I made by booking this property.. the view was spectacular, super quiet and relaxing atmosphere, house well equipped and attentive property manager. I plan to comeback next year same dates since I will have a newborn by then... I recommend it and I can't wait to go back.

Wonderful time.

Everything was excellent! Having the Tesla charger in the garage was a super + bonus. We flew in and rented a fabulous Tesla on Turo.

Terrible property. Furniture was down that was worn out and feathers everywhere.

This was the worse experience when we rented this property and we do this a lot. The furniture was worn out and the couch cushions were down—so feathers everywhere. Like a cat used them to scratch or just worn out like it looked. Nothing matched—we did not entertain. We had to buy essentials like hand soap and pillows that were not down. they ‘gave us’ a whopping 4 trash bags and the kitchen sponge was soaking wet when we touched it—gross. The managers had a separate rental sign out front and convinced us to communicate off line. When we did to discuss the concerns, they told us to just cancel—but there were no comparable properties by that time. We ended up leaving early and renting hotel rooms. Terrible experience. At least the wi fi worked and the view was good—just cheapest out inside.

Review of Santa Rosa Cove home

The property is decorated beautifully and had great views. Well stocked with all you need. Worked beautifully for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. The handle on the kitchen sink faucet is breaking and needs to be fixed. Very close to the golf club but far from the main resort. Thank you!

60th birthday celebration in Palm Desert

This was a wonderful property. I have stayed in the La Quinta Resort at least 15 times. This was one of the nicest homes I’ve rented. Just a few problems with the temperature of the shower water ( the all cold water in one shower was fixed, but in the master bedroom, the water was scalding, and still is, so that still needs to be addressed so guests can use that shower. We used the shower in the second bedroom instead which was fine, but created a queue).
