  • Casa Sunbreak is a unique and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath hacienda in the center of town. It is walking distance to many of the best restaurants and is only 8 blocks from the Malecon. With a private outdoor pool, beautiful murals, and an organic market across the street, you have the beginnings of a marvelous vacation. Casa Sunbreak has high speed fiber optic internet, so you can zoom call your friends while barbecuing on the patio. There is secure off street parking for one car, with a push button entrance to the property.

Casa Sunbreak was beautiful and in a great location in La Paz! We did run out of water the evening before we were set to leave, which was a bit of a bummer.

Fantastic stay! We loved Casa Sunbreak-- the home is lovely and the art inside is fantastic. Pool is perfect on a hot day, its easy to walk to plenty of amenities and the hosts were friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Casa Sunbreak is a secure and quiet home for a visit to La Paz. It’s just beautiful! Allison is welcoming and readily available to answer questions. The house is spotless and comfortable and walkable to the beachfront. There are some convenient shops and restaurants very close to the house as well. Highly recommend!

Casa Sunbreak is a wonderful home base for all of your La Paz adventures. It is so cozy that it truly feels like home. I lives the artwork and all of the maps and books about the area as well. The location was also great because it was far enough away from the male on to be quieter but not so far that it wasn't walkable. I would highly recommend.

Allison was the most thoughtful and attentive host -- was always there to support us in every way possible: from dining and massage therapist recommendations, to home maintenance, to arrival and departure. She has created an artistic treasure box that we had the privilige to live in for the better part of a week. Every ammenity that we could have hoped for was just waiting for us. We greatly look forward to visiting Casa Sunbreak ASAP.

Beautiful Art decorated house

We were so pleased with this house, we had wonderful host, location is great, quiet place. We got everything we needed. Communication was wonderful. We couldn't ask for a better place. We will stay there again next time

Fantastic place

Allison is a fantastic host and the place was exactly as listed. The place was clean and had just about all needed for our stay. We stayed for 6 nights and the location worked well for us as it was close to the Malecon and a great location for our day trips out to other parts of the Baja.

Casa Sunbreak was a dream to stay at! It has all the amenities you could want and the photos truly don’t do it justice. The plunge pool was incredible, the gated parking area and outdoor space was so convenient, the location was perfect with everything you need nearby including great food, fresh fruit, and coffee! The house includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, books about the Baja and chairs and umbrella for beach outings… not to mention the gorgeous Mexican art it’s decorated with. The beds and pillows were even more comfortable than ours at home! Air conditioning and fans throughout really added to the comfort level. Allison was an incredible host with excellent communication and recommendations. When we arrived she had already turned on the AC so the house was cool and the fridge had cold water and the freezer was stocked with ice. She really cares about those details and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. She even worked with us on our travel itinerary to accommodate early check-in and late checkout since we were traveling with our dogs in the heat of summer. Booking Casa Sunbreak was one of our best travel decisions on this trip!

Awesome La Paz

The location was perfect, a short drive to the malecon or easy walk, plenty of restaurants, authentic home and decorating with a welcoming host. Definitely recommend for those wanting the opposite of an “all-inclusive” experience.

Short Trip during Carnival

We had an amazing time at Casa Sunbreak. We were comfortable and very safe. The food is amazing, especially at the restaurant next door. Allison has excellent suggestions for things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time!!

Wonderful spot to enjoy la paz

Very comfortable house with well equipped kitchen, secure parking spot in the courtyard behind the gate and easy communication with the host. Allison went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. The house is spacious and the lovely patio/courtyard was perfect to have an evening drink. Would stay again for sure!

Casa Sunbreak is a gem, beautifully curated with every manner of delightful prints, art, fabrics, pottery and furnishings. Allison is a gracious, attentive and fun hostess that we wished we could have spent more time with. The location is perfect, just a short taxi or Uber from the restaurants and beaches along the Malecon, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. We only had two, action packed days there so never got to use the little pool (the weather was really too cold anyway), or to cook a meal in the really functional kitchen. We were sorry to leave and happy to give five stars in all respects.

Wonderful spot in La Paz!

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. There are numerous stores and restaurants around so you can get what you need or want easily. The walk to the Mallecon is also very pleasant. The house itself is gorgeous inside and has been well maintained. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked:)

Lovely home, wonderful host

We had a wonderful week-lomg stay at Casa Sunbreak. Even before our stay, Alison was super helpful with recommendations for tours and things to do as a family. The house is exceptionally clean and we loved having a courtyard and secure parking. Really can't go wrong staying here. :)

Loved it; great for families!

The place has great charm, amenities and is very well-cared for, and Allison was a responsive, informative and kind host who went above and beyond on a number of fronts! We loved La Paz and hope to visit again soon! Casa Sunbreak was great for kids; ours particularly enjoyed the plunge pool and appreciated the sand toys, and we appreciated Allison's recommendation of a fantastic sitter who enabled us to get away for date night!

Home away from home

The house is very atmospheric with an authentic Baja feel.The outside area is a little peaceful oasis but the property is in a great area with shops, restaurants etc and a fairly easy walk to the Malacon.We loved the little details like actual chef quality sharp knives in the kitchen, a really good stove top and nice art on the walls.Beds were super comfy and the host, Alison, was super welcoming and very responsive.The off street parking and automatic gate were very convenient.All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday for us.

Wonderful house!

The house was everything advertised. Wonderfully furnished and quiet. The neighborhood street is quiet, the house has a wonderful ambience and the neighborhood was safe. My wife went out regularly in the evenings on her own and felt completely safe. We will defietly go back and stayat Casa Sunbreak again. Allison, the host, is incredibly responsive.
