Nestled on a stunning bluffside above the Pacific Ocean, this remodeled oceanfront estate offers sweeping views of La Jolla's endless sunsets and picturesque coastline. Just steps from La Jolla Cove and the charming Village, this property features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, including an attached casita, boasting ample space for families or groups to create lasting memories.



The Space:

The main house features hardwood floors, an abundance of natural light, and walls of windows that frame the breathtaking ocean views. Multiple outdoor decks invite you to relax and entertain, complete with a gas fire pit, hot tub, and alfresco dining spaces overlooking the Pacific. The living room is a serene retreat, featuring a large sectional couch, a flatscreen TV, a pool table, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding doors that open onto the expansive deck, creating the ultimate indoor-outdoor living experience. This space flows effortlessly into the dining area, where a large table accommodates up to 12 guests. The gourmet kitchen is bright and airy, with high-end appliances, clean lines, and extensive counter space, making it a chef’s dream. A spacious island with barstool seating for three adds to the charm, while a full pantry provides ample storage. The oversized primary suite is a haven of tranquility, offering vaulted ceilings, panoramic water views, and a king bed. • Kindly note, this home is conveniently located on a popular thoroughfare, providing easy access to nearby attractions. However, some

traffic noise may be present, which guests sensitive to noise may want to take into consideration before booking.

• Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles on-site in the garage and driveway. The home is situated on a bustling street, so backing your car onto the road may require some wait time and thoughtfulness, but this is a small trade-off for such a prime location.

• 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Positives: Absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous views. Comfortable kitchen/living room, coolest place I’ve ever played pool, the deck/ fire pit is heaven. The top floor primary bedroom suite/ second bedroom suite are Perfection, as is the main floor ocean suite. Looking off the back deck in the am you can watch leopard sharks in a large school eating breakfast. The Hot tub was lovely. Notes to be aware of- the listing is clear that the house is close to a busy road— this is an understatement with regard to the back bedroom suite. It is Loud. Trucks /cars until very late, literally a few yards from the house. Suggest earplugs or wear a cpap.The driveway is scary to get out of until you realize the flow of traffic, then seriously it’s not a big deal at all. Two cars tops can stay. The casita pull out couch is not comfortable to sleep on. Our person who was going to sleep in that room ended up on the very comfortable/huge couch in the main room. Suggest a 4 inch foam overlay with a down overlay on top of that, or a Murphy bed wall system with a 12 inch mattress to get that room up to par with the rest of the house. The 2nd Day we were there the neighbors pool pump was buzzing very loudly. I messaged the attentive management company- the sound stopped. Don’t know if that was as a result of the call or not. very happy the issue resolved or it would have been bad.Would stay here again for the views—for the money, easy tweaks above would have made this place unforgettable.

We had an amazing stay at this La Jolla Shores home! The views are absolutely stunning, and the house has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone. The location is incredibly convenient—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything La Jolla has to offer. Host Alessandro was fantastic: quick to respond, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again.

Place was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Spacious. Location was fantastic. Management co very easy to work with. Only downside was difficult to get in and out of driveway and loud traffic. Other than that, anmazing experience.

Fabulous views, location and accommodations

This was a family vacation with my wife and me, our three grown children and their spouses/significant other. We also had our 2 grandchildren ages 3 and 5. Everyone including the children loved this house. There are fabulous views from all three levels. The area is popular with swimmers, kayakers, and SUPs. Small sharks often swim in the water right in front of the house!The bedrooms all have very nice bathrooms.The location is great! There is even a path along the water to walk down to the cove right near the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
