Riva Hotel The Hague
"We had two rooms, in one of them the air conditioning controller was stuck at maximum 22 C , so it was pretty cold in the room, in the other room the window had a problem at closing and kept a gap of about half a centimeter on the left side , therefore during the night it was both cold and noisy ..."
