Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
"The hotel was beautiful from the outside. The rooms were nice but nothing spectacular for the price. The weather was hot and an inside only pool filled with kids was not desirable. The outside terrace was the only outdoor area, it was hot, not enough umbrellas and there were no cushions on the wooden ..."

"This hotel is located just outside the gates to Old Town just beyond which there are a ton of dining and shopping choices. Other notable spots, such as the cathedral, funicular and Plains of Abraham are any where from a 15-30min walk away. We walked every where with three kids ages 8-13 without issue. ..."

"For the most part it was good besides the fact that the ice machine was broken the entire time, our bath plug would not close so I could not give my daughter a bath. The curtains in the room were broken so we could not put them down for it to get dark in the room."

"Small rooms - low ceilings. No breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Ice machine kept spilling ice onto floor. Awkward double elevator for carts. Door to carpark does not lock - keycard does not work- but not needed as the door is not locked."
