Just a 20 minute drive to the center of La Fortuna, this beautiful second-floor, air-conditioned condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a comfortable family room with a flat-screen TV and cozy sofas. The bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds, its own flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. You'll also have access to a small laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.

The Community

I designed and built this community of eight condos set on thirteen private acres. The property features a large pool area with a two-story lounge, several inviting social spaces, a gym with an adjoining massage room, and a spacious back area with three covered patios. A paved walking trail winds through the grounds, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, rainforest, and Arenal Volcano.

Our Philosophy

My goal in building this community was simple: create a peaceful, private, gated and secure retreat for our guests. That's why, once you check in, we hand you the keys and step back — we're here if you need us, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your stay undisturbed.
