La Ludique - Bike Garage - Pool - Air Hockey

Welcome to my house "La Ludique"! It owes its name to the many games it contains: A dining table that hides a pool table and an air hockey table! Numerous board games, electronic darts, karaoke, books, comics... As well as all video game entertainment with Netflix, Amazon Prime and a PS4. An outbuilding securely stores your bicycles overnight. Chenonceaux, Chambord, Le Clos Lucé... but also Beauval and Futuroscope less than an hour away. The accommodation: The house features: - A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a bean-to-cup coffee maker, a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table that converts into a pool/air hockey table, a comfortable lounge, a television and... Numerous board games at your disposal. PGJyPg PGJyPg - Two bedrooms upstairs: one large one with a queen size bed, and a second duplex with a sofa bed downstairs and a double bed upstairs (but low ceiling, more suitable for older children). A travel cot is available. - Toilet upstairs. - Bathroom with bathtub and sink on the first floor. - Separate toilet on the first floor. - Outdoor terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathroom. Many cycling routes are accessible from the house: the Loire à Vélo route... and a dedicated area is available for securing bicycles with tools and a pump if needed. This accommodations are not accessible to people with reduced mobility (one step at the entrance). A reinforced socket (3.6kW) is available for charging your car or electric bicycle (additional charge applies).
