This delightful building offers eight comfortable apartments, providing a homely and authentic stay in the heart of La Alberca. Blending traditional stone and timber architecture with modern comforts, it’s an ideal place to experience the charm of this historic village while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

The property with 109m2 is located on the 2nd floor via stairs.

This living room features wooden furniture and a lovely sitting area. A vintage TV, lace curtains, and warm lighting add to its rustic charm.

This kitchen features wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and essential appliances, including an oven, a stove, a washing machine, and a microwave. A dining table with matching chairs adds a rustic charm to the space.

There are three cosy bedrooms. The first two features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and the second one offers two inviting single beds, perfect for a restful stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

The property is located in the heart of La Alberca, a village known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning natural surroundings. Just a short walk away is the Plaza Mayor, the town’s central square, where visitors can experience the charm of traditional Spanish village life. The historic centre of La Alberca is a maze of narrow, winding streets lined with half-timbered houses, their wooden balconies adorned with vibrant flowers, offering a glimpse into the region’s unique architectural heritage.

Nearby, the Church of La Asunción stands as a testament to the village’s deep religious roots, featuring intricate altarpieces and sacred art. Throughout the year, La Alberca comes alive with traditional festivals, the most notable being the celebration of Our Lady of the Assumption on August 15, a vibrant event filled with baroque splendour, colourful costumes, and local folklore. Another cherished tradition is the "marrano de San Antón," where a pig is blessed in June and allowed to roam freely through the streets, cared for by the residents until it is raffled off in January to support the local brotherhood.

For nature lovers, the nearby Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia Natural Park offers breathtaking landscapes, scenic hiking trails, and opportunities to spot wildlife.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Salamanca Airport is a 70-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
