The 150m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of the family house dating from 1968 and completely renovated in 2013. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with heated pool and parking place.
The accommodation is composed of 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and bath and 1 with shower and toilet), 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchen (oven, micro oven) fridge, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, coffee machine ...), 1 laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron), 1 entrance hall , 1 living room with TV / TNT / Wifi / DVD player and with 2 sofas, 1 covered terrace with charcoal barbecue, table and outdoor lounge.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in L'ile-Rousse in einer fantastischen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super geräumig und mega sauber. Alles was man braucht (vor allem in der Küche) ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem als wir einen Arzt brauchten hat uns Jessica gleich einen Termin organisiert. Unsere Kinder hatten sich gleich mit ihren Kindern angefreundet und hatten zusammen viel Spaß. Die Lage ist grandios. Bäcker ist gegenüber, Supermarkt in der selben Straße und Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Apotheke zu Fuß in max 10min erreichbar. Das Auto hatten wir nur für für Ausflüge benötigt. L'ile-Rousse ist wunderschön und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Strand ist traumhaft und an den Felsen sogar zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Wir hatten selten so einen schönen Urlaub.

Comment ne pas adorer la maison de Jessica et Julien? De l'espace, un équipement très complet, une décoration soignée, tout est pour le mieux ! L'immense terrasse, bien orientée, permet de dîner au frais après une belle journée de plage, à quelques minutes à pied.Il est très agréable de bouquiner au bord de la piscine, après s'y être rafraîchi. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais attentifs et plein de bons conseils (merci pour le spot de plongeon!).Bref, nous avons adoré ce séjour !

The house looked as good as the pictures presented online and there was a lot of space and big rooms, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location was good as well, close to the town and the beach. The hospitality of the owners was amazing, they were super friendly and when they were around on the second floor of the house we almost didn’t notice. We got all the privacy we needed and everything necessary was provided. All in all we can only recommend the house and would definitely book it again!

We had the most lovely week in L’Île-Rousse. The kids loved the pool (and the wi-if) we had plenty of space - both to hang out and to be private. Possibilities to wash and dry clothes and towels and all facilities needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only problem was that the we only had one week’s stay. We would love to come back ❤️

Location idéale

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce grand appartement de 150 m2 avec 4 chambres. Confort des literies et équipements dignes d’une maison d’habitation plutôt que d’une maison de location. Le logement est beaucoup plus moderne que sur les photos et refait à neuf. Localisation idéale pour notre séjour qui rassemblait ados, parents et grands parents car les 5 mn jusqu’à la place Paoli et 7 mn jusqu’à la plage de sable fin permettent à chacun de faire son programme préféré sans voiture. Piscine partagée avec des propriétaires extrêmement discrets et très sympathiques. Je vous conseille vivement ce logement, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci à Julien et Jessica pour leur accueil et gentillesse.

Excellent apartment in perfect location

We have stayed in Ile Rousse many times and this is the best apartment so far. It is spacious with modern furnishings and good air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, serving bowls etc. which is so helpful. The pool and garden area are excellent and better in real life than on the photographs. The private balcony at the front of the house is large and provides the perfect space for eating outside. There is a great bakery across the road and the town centre is an easy 10 minute walk along the avenue. I highly recommend this location.

Unterkunft lies keine Wünsche offen: Modern und chick kombiniert mit Tradition, sehr sauber, optimale Ausstattung für uns 7. Nette Gastgeber. Wohnen mit im Haus ( andere Etage), waren aber sehr diskret und hilfreich. Gern wieder.

Séjour idéal

Le séjour a été idéal. L’appartement, spacieux, calme et lumineux, correspondait en tous points à l’annonce. La terrasse, le jardin et la piscine, si près d’Île-Rousse (10mn à pied du centre, 20 mn de la promenade et 25 mn à pied de la gare et du port) laissaient un choix entier. À noter tout particulièrement : la discrétion et l’extrême gentillesse des propriétaires, leur disponibilité et leur présence en cas de question, une hospitalité de fond. Nous avons passé un séjour au-delà de nos attentes et nous les en remercions chaleureusement. M-R Guelfucci et la famille
