House with private pool for rent in L’Escala. Guti is a nice summer house, an ideal place where to spend some relaxing holidays with your friends or family, between pineforest and sea.The outside of the accomodation is safe and fenced, perfect for the children to play or for your pet if you travel with one. The house has a private pool and sunbedsto bath in the sun or read a good book. From the furnished terrace, looking to the pool, you will be at ease having a drink or looking after the children while they play in the water.All on ground floor, with a few steps at the entrance, the house is divided into a large bright living-room opening to the terrace, a full-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds) and two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). Confortable and practical, the house also offers free Wifi, air conditionning and a little garage.The accomodation is a good starting point for your strolls in the close wood of pinetrees or for your biking getaways to the beaches or the village. NB: Free air conditioning in the living-room between June 11th and September 17th.Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
