The village of Letterfrack can be reached within 5 minutes, and Leenane village can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The local villages will provide all you need for your self-catering stay. Clifden town is reachable within 20 minutes by car and offers more shops, restaurants, and services. Nearby you will find Connemara National Park, Diamond Hill, Kylemore Abbey and Killary Fjord. Boat trips and tours are also available nearby as well as many scenic walks and drives. You are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches along the Renvyle peninsula, where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding.

The ground floor accommodation includes a reception, kitchen, living room, utility area, five bedrooms and a games room. The first floor accommodates six en-suite bedrooms, additional living room and a work/office space. Ground Floor: Entry from the front door opens to a large bright and airy reception area and staircase leading to the first-floor accommodation. The kitchen, dining and living room are to your right upon entry. The large country style kitchen has a large farmhouse kitchen table a perfect space for group meals and get-togethers. The kitchen is spacious and includes all equipment you will require for a comfortable self-catering stay. The kitchen equipment includes range style gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator and ample storage units. The main living room off the kitchen has been beautifully decorated regal and decadent, yet spacious with modern comfort seating and large plasma TV. A second living room or games room is located towards the rear of the property. The entire property has 4 separate living rooms, all with TV's. First Floor: The first floor of the property is accessed via stairs which leads to six bedrooms, an office/separate office space and second living room complete with comfort seating and large TV. The upper rooms offer varying views across the surrounding countryside, woodlands and mountains. The bedrooms on the upper floor all include en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1, "Heather" the master bedroom, a spacious room with earthy tones and country chic vibes complete with a large king size bed, ample storage and a large ensuite bathroom with standalone tub, large shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 2, "Hydrangea" is a spacious family suite with a king size bed and 2 single beds, ample storage, ensuite bathroom with large shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 3, "Bluebell" has a double bed, ample storage and large ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 4, "Rose" offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 5, "Lilac" has a double bed, ample storage and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 6, "Primrose" a spacious twin bedroom, with two single beds, dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Ground Floor The ground floor bedrooms are located towards the middle and rear of the property, ensuring a restful sleep, away from the main living room areas. Bedroom 7, "Hyacinth" has a single bed, ample storage and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 8, "Lavender" has a single bed, ample storage and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. To the rear of the property on the ground floor is the remaining three bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 9, "Buttercup" has a single bed and ample storage. Bedroom 10, "Daisy" has a single bed and ample storage. Bedroom 11, "Fuschia" has a double bed and ample storage. The property is heated throughout by an oil heating system.
