Our overall experience at hotel was very good. The room was very comfortable and staff was very cooperative. Bone fire was great to have in cool breeze.

Sterling Ooty Fern Hill
Food was overpriced and not worth the money, I spent 2800 per person for dinner and still got very bad food. Disappointed w.r.t. food and its pricing.

This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room. Broken floor
