"Mycket centralt läge, bra frukost, bra rum. Ac:n gick inte att sänka mer än till 24.5C. Saknades saker som kyl på rummet, vattenkokare och kaffe. Fanns ingen möjlighet att ringa receptionen om det behövdes handdukar eller toalettpapper, då fick man gå ner i receptionen. Enstaka personal upplevdes ..."
