Easties Manner is a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Rings Beach holiday home. This spacious holiday home is a great family option, right across the road from the beach!

It offers ample space for a couple of families to enjoy their next holiday together, or for grandparents to have their own retreat downstairs.

This 2 storey Rings Beach holiday home includes open plan living, dining, and kitchen downstairs. The comfortable lounge offers ample room for your group, and leads onto decking for dining al fresco with sea views.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs at this Rings Beach accommodation. Bedrooms 1 and 2 which are upstairs are both fitted with a queen bed, and each include an en suite bathroom. Downstairs, Bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bed, Bedroom 4 is fitted with 2 x single beds , Bedroom 5 is fitted with a queen bed and Bedroom 6 has a single bed with your own living room and kitchenette attached.

In addition to the 2 ensuite bathrooms, there is a bathroom and separate toilet off the living area downstairs.

Easties will provide you enough room for a couple of families to get together for there
next holiday, or take the Grandparents to their own escape downstairs

It’s perfect for entertaining, with lovely ocean view balconies and a beautiful backyard area featuring a pergola, brazier, and tranquil views. Keen fishermen can smoke their catch of the day in the smokehouse located directly above the pergola, while relaxing with family or friends.

When you are not taking in the views from the deck, you are just a stones throw from safe swimming at Rings Beach! Plus, the Kuaotunu boat ramp is 5 minutes up the road.

Everything is on hand for a fuss free beach break at Rings Beach... Easties Manner awaits!
Access to Rings Beach is currently only via Bluff Road Kuaotunu as the Matarangi access is blocked off due to dangerous overhanging rocks.As there is a retained garden at the back of the property, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Family Holiday

I liked that there was plenty of room and plenty of showers and toilets. The beach was in walking distance which was good for the kids. We could of done with extra towels as there wasnt even enough for 1 each for the amount of guests booked and we were staying for 4 nights. On our arrival there was a quarter full glass of drink outside, there were ants on the bench (must have a problem)

Lovely stay perfect for our family

The location of the property was wonderful as it was quiet and easy for the kids to cross the road to get to the beach as there is no thoroughfare.We had all the amenities we required to make our stay comfortable and pleasant and the games made for entertainment on the rainy days.The ocean views while having a morning coffee or afternoon sundowner made for a great holiday experience.Would definitely book again.

Christmas stay

We had an excellent time at this property over Christmas, the kitchen had all the cooking facilities we needed and the space was more than enough to accommodate our party of 10 people. The location across the road from rings beach meant it was ideal for a Christmas morning dip in the sea. I would highly recommend staying at this property for large groups.

Comfy at Rings Beach

This is a large house so there was plenty of room for us all. It was disappointing to find someone's car (the owners?) still parked in the garage. The listing shows an empty garage with a pool table - just as well it wasn't raining otherwise we may have pushed the car outside so we could use the pool table! The property could do with some tlc - a good exterior wash, spraying and removal of weeds, etc. The downstairs sliding door was rusted shut. No door hooks to keep doors open. Overpriced considering the above.

Great for families

Such a beautiful spot and the house had an amazing view of it all. We shared with friends and children and there was plenty of room for all. Had everything that was needed for a great stay
