The villa features a living/dining room with a kitchen corner and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. One room has a double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). The living room comes equipped with a double sofabed (150 cm, length 215 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a kitchen corner, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. The dining room measures 42 square meters and is furnished with satellite TV and air conditioning.
