"Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Dusche war sehr klein und defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Der Teppich im Gang ist zerschlissen. In der Toilette befindet sich keine Toilettenbürste. Obwohl wir vor dem Hotel geparkt hatten, wurde uns ursprünglich die Parkgarage berechnet, nach Reklamation ..."

"Sauberkeit top, sehr großzügiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich. Parkplatz im Parkhaus kostet 16 € pro Nacht was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann für jemand der als Kunde im Hotel übernachtet. Hier wird aus meiner Sicht die Not der Kunden aufgrund fehlender Parkplatzmöglichkeiten ..."

"Det var rent og personalet var flinke, men i annonsen står det at det er et Holliday in- hotell, men all skilting sier Niu. Veldig forvirrende når du leter etter hotellet fra bilen i tildels sterk trafikk. Kan hende vi var ekstra uheldig ved innsjekk, men ansatt var alene på jobb og skulle betjene ..."
