    a beautiful, newly built vacation home in the idyllic neighborhood of “Kreuth-Riedlern.” Enjoy the peace and quiet, the stunning view of the Leonhardstein, and the sunny location in the heart of Kreuth! Built in a chalet style and luxuriously furnished, this home leaves nothing to be desired. The high-quality furnishings, featuring many built-in pieces made from reclaimed wood by local carpenters, will make your vacation unforgettable.

    From here, you can explore every mountain on foot or by mountain bike and then take a refreshing dip in the nearby Weissach-Gumpen. A large garden, nestled in a beautiful park-like setting, and a spacious terrace extend the home outdoors and invite you to enjoy lovely barbecue evenings.

    Here you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and bar throughout the entire first floor. Underfloor heating, a fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, and a Sonos system are all included, as are a washer and dryer in the basement.

    Adjacent to the bedroom with a double bed in the basement is the sauna with a shower and restroom.
    The bedrooms are located on the first floor. A master bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, toilet, and double sinks.
    Another bedroom with a double bed and the bedroom with two twin beds share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Wundervolles Haus

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist super ausgestattet und total gemütlich. Es gibt praktisch nichts zu bemängeln. Auch für größere Familien (mit Hund) ist das Objekt eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment wie zu Hause gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and we can highly recommend it. This home is extraordinary - romantically nestled in the village of Kreuth, steps away from the most scenic hiking trails, the Tegernsee lake and great restaurants. Tastefully and beautifully decorated, it offers all the amenities you need for a cosy stay with family or friends. Communication with the host was super easy, the home was spotless and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed the sauna on the only rainy day we had while in town. We would always come back! Christiane

Wonderful Stay in Kreuth!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Kreuth. I agree with another reviewer that stated that the pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. The rooms were large and comfortable, the appliances were all high-end and the house is very well stocked with everything we needed from cooking ware to linens. Alexandra was an excellent host, always available and responsive to any questions we had. Would love to visit again!

Einfach sehr schön

Das Haus hat alles was eine Gruppe benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Grill funktioniert perfekt, die Lage ist super um Cabrio-Touren in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Erholung steht nichts im Wege. Wir würden noch einmal buchen.

Landliebe im Landhaus mit höchstem Genuß erleben

Wie es besser nicht sein kann! Ein seinr freundlicherr und aufmerksamer persönlicher Service und ein wohnambiente in einer wunderbaren Landschaft. Umbedingt jedem zu empfehlen bei dem der Genuß von Natur und moderner geschmackvoller Wohnausstattung den höchsten Stellenwert haben

Wunderschönes Haus!!!

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Super war auch der Kontakt zum Verwalter des Hauses, er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns tolle Restaurant Tips gegeben. Für Fragen war er jederzeit für uns zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jederzeit wieder!!!
