"Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes. Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling."

"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. The most hospitable staff, very perfect delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, comfortable, cozy and clean rooms, pool, gym, amenities etc.,also convenient area near the Cochin airport also with Indian street food around area like banana fritters and chi tea just blocks away, nice tuk tuk and taxi services, and the guest / residence were also very friendly, and it was fun to enjoy a snack or beverage with them at...

"Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"The staff was absolutely incredible- always kind, helpful and friendly. We came during mansoon season, so it always felt damp, but that is to be expected. The pool was lovely (you can buy a suit if you forgot one) and the food great. The chef was very accommodating and offered to make special gifts for our group. The spa offered wonderful massages at very reasonable prices as well. Overall a fantastic experience. "
