It is a Soviet era construction. It is a basic hotel. It did have all the basic amenities, and a refrigerator.

Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need!

My stay at Comfort House.
It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel ...
