The Space:

The Polanki Park 102 apartment can accommodate up to 6 people - it is perfect for a family holiday!

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The tasteful decor of the apartment and the cozy, bright style will make you immediately feel at home. Don't worry about packing: everything you need for a carefree vacation will already be there. A well-equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine will allow you to prepare any home-cooked meal. Afterwards, the freshly brewed coffee can be enjoyed on the balcony with garden furniture or in the living room by the TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Are you traveling with small children? An extra travel cot and high chair are available on request.



We inform you that from 12 November 2025 at 1:00 p.m. until 4 December 2025 (end of the day), the swimming pool will be closed for technical maintenance. During this period, the entire recreation and pool area will be unavailable.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Kołobrzeg in the attractive "Polanki Park" housing estate. The building has a restaurant and a free swimming pool, indoor in winter and open in summer. Additionally, guests can use the jacuzzi, sauna, infrared sauna and fitness room. The facility is very friendly for families with children - the reason for this is the presence of a playground, children's room or numerous green areas around the estate.

The beautiful sandy beach is only 450 m from the apartment - it's only 5 minutes walk!

The presence of numerous shopping and dining outlets will satisfy all your daily needs, so you can relax and enjoy all the charms of the spa. The nearest restaurant outside the building is only a 2-minute walk from the estate, and the nearest grocery store - 800 meters. In order to further explore Kołobrzeg, you can rent a bike from the rental shop, which is 200 m from the apartment, and then go to the lighthouse (4 km), to the promenade (3.5 km) or to the aquarium (2.8 km).

Defekte Geräte

Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber vorgefunden würden. Leider sit der Föhn und die Microwelle defekt. Nach mehrmaligem Hinweis wurden keine neuen Geräte zur Verfügung gestellt. Des weiteren gibt es keine Spiele oder Unterlagen zu Freizeitaktivitäten im Apartment. Freunde von uns hätten ebenfalls ein Apartment das wesentlich besser ausgestattet war.
