Regency 921 Relaxing Oasis By Suite Paradise

This 1478 square foot, centrally air-conditioned condo, is beautifully furnished with tropical décor, the kitchen is fully upgraded and practically cooks meals by itself, and the living room features plush couches that are perfect for relaxing after a hard day of hiking. The master suite is huge with a gorgeous bathroom where you can indulge in a soothing bath after a fun-filled day at the beach, while the three other bedrooms offer private havens for everyone else to chill out in true Kauai comfort. Located within walking distance to the famous Brennecke Beach, this condo is also in very close proximity to shopping, dining, and the exciting Poipu nightlife. Here in this upscale Poipu Kai Resort property, you will find everything to make your stay exceptionally comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent! Beautiful accommodations and in easy access to surrounding sites and beaches and the turtles at Poipu Beach. Liked having 4 bedrooms and a large lanai.

Great condo in an awesome location

Very comfortable condo in a beautiful complex. Less than 10 min walk from Shipwreck Beach, and less than 15 min from Poipu beach. We saw turtles and seals every day! Close to restaurants and shopping. Management was very responsive to small requests we had, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great area

Great place, plenty of space for 2 families of 4. Clean, well equipped and ideally located to visit Kauai. Can easily walk to Poipu Beach. The only negative item for us was that during our one week stay the washer and drier were out of order. We could call reception to have of clothes washed but it requires more organization with kids, and we could not dry beach towels…

Great group spot for a vacation

A group of 8 of us stayed here, and it was wonderful. Good living room, well-supplied kitchen for cooking some meals, and comfy beds. It was great to have access to the pool. One bedroom is a walk-through to another bedroom (upstairs), just a note.

Great place! Lots of pools and clean!

There were only two things to consider but outside of those the place was nice and the staff was excellent. I had to buy all the little things you need to cook. Its really nice when a vrbo has some seasonings and coffee filters and other items like that. This place had none of the above and we had to buy everything. I'm sure this is covid related or something along those lines but its very inconvenient and expensive. The other thing is that our unit was a good long walk from the parking. This is fine except when your carrying a lot of beach gear or groceries. We loved the pools being close by and the walks to beaches. Absolutely lovely with only a couple inconveniences. The staff was amazing and they jumped on any requests!

Enjoyable and spacious Poipu condo

Condo was very spacious for our group of 7. Condo was clean and well stocked. Everyone I communicated with from rental company was friendly and helpful. Access to Poipu Athletic Club was a perk!

Perfect spot in paradise

The condo was nicely furnished and updated. Checkin and checkout was easy. The location was quiet and accessible to three pools and the beach with a membership to another beach club. Suite Paradise , the management company was easily contacted and responsive.

Regency at Poipu

Everything was great with the place. Only thing we were a little disappointed with was the description of the 4 rooms. The one with the 2 kids beds was not actually a bedroom, but was the upstairs loft outside of another bedroom.

We booked this property with my daughter son-in-law and our two grandsons. The properly is perfectly located within the complex has four great bedrooms and is within walking distance of 2 pools and the ocean.

Twin mattresses and bed in top bedroom need to be replaced.....miserable sleep. AC was programmed for nights only. the home was perfect for our family reunion and would recommend if mattresses are replaced
