Prince Kuhio 113, just yards to the beach

  • Amplio condominio de un dormitorio en el primer piso ubicado entre el Parque Prince Kuhio y los jardines tropicales. El salón tiene excelentes vistas de los jardines y la piscina. Puedes ver el océano desde tu lanai y, por la noche, dejar que el sonido del oleaje te adormezca. La cocina está totalmente equipada, hay una lavadora y secadora en el condominio, y el servicio telefónico local es gratuito.

    Dos playas de arena están al otro lado de la calle. Nadar con tortugas marinas y observar ballenas y focas monje se encuentra a menos de 100 pies del condominio. O bien, puede relajarse en la piscina rodeada de jardines tropicales mientras escucha los sonidos de la cascada cercana. La zona de barbacoa está disponible para su disfrute, completa con mesas de picnic.

    Hay una buena variedad de excelentes restaurantes en el área de Poipu, incluyendo The Beach House, al otro lado de la calle. Las tiendas están a solo unos minutos en el casco antiguo de Koloa, el pueblo de compras de Poipu y The Shops at Kukuiula. Love the location

We have stayed in several of these condos over the last few years and love the location and how nice the grounds are kept. Will stay again on future Kauai visits.

Perfect location

My wife and I stayed at Prince Kuhio Condominiums for a week. We had a bottom floor condo, which was very nice, complex is very quiet, with a great location. The condo itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is no AC, but honestly you don’t need it with the breezes blowing through. We enjoyed the pool, which felt great after a day out. Very convenient location, across from The BeachHouse Restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely garden view fr the living room, clean and perfect pool, great bbq area, kitchen w everything, closet of beach and pool things, most comfortable bed, park on the bedroom side is peaceful. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer. Only down side was using the TV. The instructions are poor and streaming did not work most nites. Fr other comments - a long term problem. We stayed 16 nites and truly enjoyed it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were back at KVR's rental in Prince Kuhio's one bedroom condo for the fifth time. This home-away-from-home had everything we needed - Ocean View out the Lanai, a king size very comfortable bed, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fans, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, fully stocked kitchen. Located next to Prince Kuhio Park and across the street from the ocean and the Beach House restaurant - with a pool, grills, koi ponds, beautifully landscaped - even with a herb garden. Parking off street in lot or in covered garage. Near Kukuiula shopping, running, biking, walking paths and moving sunrise vistas as well as across the street from sunsets!

Reviewer Comments: Relative price of accommodations can often be an indication of condition. Off site management was un responsive to issues with the smoke detector and the TVs. The pool was unavailable for two days due to maintenance issues. In all fairness: All the units are individually owned, so I'm unsure if the condition of our unit was representative of all the units in the complex.

The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. We discovered a new flower every time we came or went. We literally were only a few steps from the pool. The bed was very comfortable and had a great park view and a bit of an ocean view too. This was so much more pleasant to stay at than one of those giant hotels where it takes forever to get to your room, the beach etc. Looking forward to returning!

Relaxing stay

The ground floor location with the lovely lanai overlooking the park is so peaceful. The kitchen is complete with quality pans and utensils required to cook. The washer/dryer are convenient in the condo. The king bed is very comfortable and the natural air flow through the condo refreshing. This is our first stay in 113, but not Prince Kuhio as we love the convenient location on Kauai. We will return.

We appreciated the kitchen was well equipped and that there were beach towels, chairs and snorkel kits. Only suggestion would be a door with a key pad so we didn't need to worry about the keys. We also couldn't figure out the DVD player. Not sure if it was not working or user error. We would definitely return. Amazing location!!!

They understand what you are asking for in your rental, then KVR comes through! And if you have questions - they happily answer. Kauai get away

Great place. Amazing location: four minute walk to a nice beach. Has lots of amenities including boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and lotion. Beautiful lanai where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. Can be a little nosy with the chickens so bring ear plugs if noise bothers you! Would stay here again!

Great amenities and location

The condo was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook most meals. They also supply lots of beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which came in handy. It is a bit warm with no air conditioning and the bed could use a memory foam mattress topper as it’s pretty hard.
