Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Nestled in a private oasis with beautifully manicured landscapes, this luxury designer property is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with two balconies, this home is located in between the enchanting beaches of Poipu and Shipwreck.  This newly remodeled, designer condo has all the luxuries you would expect in a nice boutique hotel. All of our units come with a washer and a dryer for fresh towels and clothes daily.

Enjoy the pool, tennis courts and gorgeous views from one of the many hikes around the grounds of Poipu Kai. The lush grounds of Poipu Kai reflect the true nature of Kauai, where vegetation is at its best. Impeccably landscaped, they feature a green belt that leads to the beach in under five minutes and opens up to beautiful Poipu Park and Brenneckes Beach, great for body boarding and Poipu Beach, known for its snorkeling. Poipu Kai's green belt also leads to the stunning Shipwreck Beach, a popular surf spot and access to some of the best hikes in the South shore. It's an outdoor lovers paradise!

Best way to get around is a car, biking or by walking. 

Air Conditioning-  Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.

Beautiful, clean, bright condo! The kitchen was well-stocked for basic cooking. The AC was delightful. Nice big bathrooms. Just right for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids. The walk to the beach was lovely, especially early in the morning or at sunset. The pool and hot tub were very nice and refreshing. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo in a great location

Amazing property that our family of six really enjoyed and felt comfortable in. Short walk to the beaches, sea turtles, seals, hike to the cliffs and more. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in poi’pu. Short drive to town and other restaurants. Book now with confidence! Condo has everything you need!

Amazing Property

The condo had a WOW factor when we walked in. Everything was clean and in great working order. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy! It was truly like a home away from home. It came with access to beach towels and beach chairs and wake board! Thanks for a great accommodation and location!

Amazing Location

The location is great, being within walking distance to Poipu/Brennecke's and Shipwreck beaches! My only complaint is that the AC is located in the entryway and doesn't do a great job of cooling down the master bedroom. As always there were small things that weren't perfect, but overall it was a good value in a great location!

This property was perfect for our family with 2 young kids. Large, updated kitchen was great for making breakfast and coffee to enjoy on the lanai every morning as the sun came up. The walk to the pool and beach was just a few minutes. Great property for the price.

Amazing find!

This house was a wonderful place for my family to spend the week. It is beautifully updated throughout and was equipped with everything we needed such as beach gear, towels, and supplies for cooking. The property has a resort-like feel with the pool and tennis courts and of course is walking distance to the best beaches! It is also conveniently located, a short drive, to shopping, restaurants, and site seeing. When we come back to Kauai, we will definetly book this unit again and have already shared the property link with friends.

Lovely Unit in Great Poipu Location

The unit is as described, updated & in a good location. Corey, the Property Manager was prompt and super helpful. Unfortunately the pool closest to this Unit is not the one allocated for our usage, with that being a fair but walkable distance away. Pool not heated as is the case with most in Kauai, we understand. Minor issues with both toilets but they were readily repaired. Would definitely keep this on our list of “return-to” places.

Wonderful stay in Poipu

Nicely furnished and equipped. Lots of light. Walk out and through garden paths to the pool and the beach. See nature and flowers all around. Good food within walking distance too. Nice to walk over to the Hyatt and enjoy the views!

Convenient Condo near the Beach

This condo is conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The five minute walk to the beach each night to enjoy the sunset was wonderful. The condo was clean with a full service kitchen and generously supplied bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach towels and equipment were also available. All in all, a comfortable stay for us.

Great Winter Getaway

Highly recommend. Great location, easy and pleasant walk to beaches. Very spacious corner unit with plenty of space and nice open floor plan. Kitchen was well stocked and also appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Communication with host was top notch.
