    Entrar a través de una torre abierta dramática y corredor cubierto que conduce a una entrada espaciosa. La planta principal cuenta con un chef de cocina con despensa adyacente que se abre a una gran sala, comedor con despensa, sala de polvo, 350 + botella de cava refrigerada, gran terraza cubierta para, lavadero entretenido y relajante y baño de playa con entrada exterior, una oficina / zona de biblioteca con un cómodo sofá-sofá-cama de matrimonio, habitación principal de la planta principal con baño de 5 piezas de baño, y un dormitorio adicional. La espectacular suite del segundo piso principal incluye una barra de entretenimiento con fregadero y centro de bebidas, sala de estar con dos camas de día, terraza privada, su vanidades, y dos vestidores, gran cabina de ducha y tina de baño.
    Las características adicionales incluyen aire acondicionado-split sin conductos en las habitaciones.

I would definitely recommend this place as it was very roomy and clean. Plenty of bathrooms, provided towels and amenities that I did not have time to take advantage of.All family members loved their stay!Only negative is the upstairs loft area did not have air conditioning (all bedrooms had AC), but the fans helped. Owner was quick to relay any information or issues with stay.

Home suited our family of nine very nicely. Good location to beaches. Plenty of outdoor lanai space. Our compliments to the management for bringing in a fridge when the home fridge failed the day of our arrival. Also very grateful for complimentary late check-out on our last day!

Best home rental we have ever stayed in

We have rented a few properties over the years and this property was terrific. Better than advertised, with everything you could need in the kitchen, several refrigerators to store food for the week, and plenty of beach equipment for use. We would stay here again.

Super nice house

Sparking clean house tucked away in a very nice neighborhood. Love the huge patio with a lot of seating in a great garden setting. Has a walking path to the beach and pool which meanders thru the neighborhood.

10 Days in Paradise

This property was perfect for our family. The kitchen is amazing with everything you need for basic meals and for entertaining should you choose to do so. Each bed was comfortable and spacious. We were so happy that the property had all of the beach equipment we needed. We had a wonderful stay here.

We were a family of 9 The location couldn't have been any better Walking distance to 2 beaches Everything you could want in the way of beach items along with a wagon for pulling The house also equipped with the necessary items and more. Family Vacation

Perfect location to all you need or want to do. Comunity pool was GREAT for the kids. The house was better than we anticipated, very private yard. Very close to the Grand Hyatt and popular beaches and restaraunts ! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a great house for are family of 8. Plan to revisit again some day.

Beautiful house with great privacy. The garage is full of all the fun stuff for the beach. Umbrellas, wagon, chairs sand toys. The house design is excellent for groups. Close to all local restaurants, beaches and activities. 4 adults and 4 kids was tons of room for everyone. Smiled for 8 days straight. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Comfortable as well as beautiful home

Rusty Sunrise is perfect for a large group. We had 9 and all fit comfortably. One of my daughter's commented that it felt like a mini-resort. The location is great-walking distance to Shipwreck Beach, and very quick drive to Brennecke and Poipu Beaches. The house has tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc for use. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, and made cooking and BBQ'g easy. We especially loved the huge lanai, with multiple outdoor tables and seating areas, and a lawn for the kids to play on. Even during multiple days of rain, we were able to hang out outdoors! Perfect home for our group.

Good stay

Large, well equipped home in a great location with easy access to beaches. Good selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. The main fridge broke during our visit but the management company was quick to respond and got it fixed on the same day. The den/4th bedroom should not really be marketed as a 4th bedroom. No AC and the sleeper couch was not comfortable enough for an adult to pass as a Bedroom. The home really needs AC throughout to make the upstairs area next to the master usable. I would be aware of this if renting in the summer. Other than that, it’s a great home with a beautiful and comfortable main living space for everyone to congregate.

This property is perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids under 7. Everyone had their own bedrooms and space when needed. The enclosed yard and covered patio were wonderful. The house has everything you need for a day at the beach- beach towels for everyone, beach chairs, beach toys for kids, boogie boards, snorkels and masks, and a cooler with wheels. There is also an extra fridge in the garage and a high chair! The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing not there that would be useful is an Instant pot. The house is well maintained and has comfortable beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood and a close walk to the beach and pool. We had a great time and if we go to Kauai again we would definitly stay again.

Dreamy Stay

We had an absolutely lovely time staying in this house on Kauai. There were two families, 5 adults, 4 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us, although our 18 yr old did not love the small, unairconditioned office as her room. It was stocked with all of the beach gear we could ever need, as well as the kitchen appliances that we needed. We were able to quickly walk down to the beach to catch the sunrise in the morning. Poipu Beach was close, and we saw turtles, seals, dolphins, and whales down there. We also saw some beautiful sunsets at Poipu! The rental agency was quick to respond to answer questions and took care of a broken sink quickly while we were there.

Poipu Reunion

Property was very nice and well kept. For our configuration of people, the bathroom situation was a little difficult— daughter and son-in-law, 3 and 6 year old, au paire, and me(grandma). A half bath would have made things easier. Also, tub on first floor was difficult for me, a senior, to get in and out, so I ended up showering upstairs where my daughter and family were. Bars in the downstairs bath would have helped. Also, a small thing, but Kleenex supplied would have been appreciated. Having said that, our stay was great and one night the rest of our family joined us at the house ( they were in a house down the street) and we had a lovely evening with16 of us with plenty of room to eat and socialize. Loved the pool table and games on hand. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Family Kauai Vacation Home

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable home for a family vacation. We were a family of six adults and three children, ages 2 and under. This home had everything and more to meet our needs. It’s very spacious, supplied with everything you can imagine and more. Also, in addition to what the property supplies you with, there are generous fun things left by previous guests (toys, umbrellas, floats, snorkels, etc). Easy drives to several beaches VERY close by (we could easily run back to the home and return to the beach for naps during our beach days as needed). Lovely neighborhood, we had privacy which was nice. Beautiful walking path close by where you can walk to the beach (although this one not as useable for young children, but so lovely to take a stroll to). The location overall in Kauai is pretty perfect. Nearby restaurants, bakeries, shops to enjoy. Plus, you’re more or less in the middle of Kauai to go to one end of the island or the other by car for more exploring. The property owners/staff are AMAZING!! Friendly, helpful and made our stay easier than could be imagined with arrivals, any questions, and departure. We were extremely happy with the kind professionalism, they felt like friends with the warmth and kindness they provided. We are so grateful for all their help. We would and will 100% return to this property for future stays in Kauai. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Kauai. We had the BEST time!

Family Vacation

The house was great for our extended family. We all had our own space and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. The private Lanai was perfect. We like the solar powered realistic tiki torches so much that we bought some for our home. Brennecke beach was our favorite for boggie boarding with Poipu beach right nect to it was good for swimming and snorkeling. A short drive to Lawa'i beach was the best snorkeling on the south shore. This house provides plenty of extra snorkel gear and flippers, boggie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and even surf boards. Much appreciated! Poipu is our favorite location on the island. Very short beautiful walk to shipwreck beach which the waves there kicked our butts a few times. Be sure to walk up the trail to the cliffs for a great view and pictures! For those who are curious about the beds and rooms: Downstairs: 1) A master suite with its own bathrooom, AC, private Lanai. 2) A second bedroom with AC and acess to the main Lanai and bathroom right next to the bedroom which is very much like havong its own bathroom. 3) We used the downstairs office with a pull out sofa as a bedroom. This room worked fairly good and satyed nice and cool with fans and windows open. It has a bathroom adjacent to to and there is another half bath not far away also. Upstairs is a bit unusual: 4) Another master suite with an even larger bathroom and a second floor balcony and AC in the very large bedroom. 5) Two additional single beds in the common area.

Family graduation and reunion

Not enough words to describe our week in this beautiful home! From the first night we arrived and the little “tiki torches” came on until the last day at Poiou beach, it was enchanting. Everyone from age 5 to 75 had their own special little nest and we all lived on the spacious lanai the rest of the time. It was the trip of a lifetime for our families and this home was what made it SO memorable🌺🌴. Aloha and Mahalo
