Summary:
Seaflow is a beautifully renovated flat located on the seafront of Oostduinkerke. The seventh-floor flat has a sea view to dream away. This 3-bedroom flat is the perfect base for a stay by the sea with friends or an outing with the family!

The Space:
Upon entering, you enter the spacious hallway. From here, you have access to the bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and sink. Next, there are 3 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. From each bedroom you have access to the balcony.
There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
You then enter the living area of the flat. From here you have a beautiful frontal sea view!
There is a nice sitting area with TV, a cosy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the view from every corner of the living space.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. allerdings gab es ab Samstag kein warmes Wasser mehr im Haus, wir mussten mit kaltem Wasser duschen etc.Alles andere war ok. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wünderschön. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet.

Fantastisch!

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager, 2 Kinder) da. Check-In und Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Es ist alles in der Wohnung, was für den täglichen Gebrauch notwendig ist. Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wäre hilfreich gewesen, aber es ging auch so. Das man die Zimmer, auch Toilette und Bad nicht abschließen kann, hat uns etwas gestört. Der Ausblick war genial und die Lage ist super! Der Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus war immer voll, aber mit kurzem Warten, haben wir immer einen Platz bekommen und die Bezahlung bequem über die seety App getätigt.Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke und man in den drei Eisdielen und zahlreichen Restaurants vor der Haustür lecker essen.Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen!
