Located in a quiet neighborhood southeast of downtown Kokomo, this spacious traditional executive house will make you feel like you're home away from home. This ranch has everything you need for your stay in Kokomo with a large open concept living, dining, and kitchen space and 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 and a half bathrooms. With access to a fully equipped laundry room right off of the kitchen, you will feel like you have everything you need for your stay. This home is adjacent to our Albright Glen Apartments and has plenty of private parking and is part of a non-smoking/vaping community.

With a Keurig coffee station, enjoy your morning coffee in the all seasons room to start your day off just right.
Then, wind down for the evening in luxurious style where the bedrooms are clean and comfortable and feature queen-size beds with hotel-quality linens. In addition, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for privacy. This property sleeps 6 guests.

Amazing!!
I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars because the stay was amazing. Great communicatiin. Rapid responses from Melinda and Boyd. House was immaculate and exactly as shown. Great location near everything. We will be back

Took a chance
Short notice for a softball tournament location change. We were the envy of the team for taking a chance on this house instead of the slim picking of the local hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to spread out, enjoy cooked meals instead of eating out, and comfy clean house! Cost is comparable to hotel, but the quality of the stay was priceless. I’ll definitely check VRBO locations before hotels for our tournaments. This house was so spacious! Our only suggestion would be to have outdoor seating to enjoy the private patio area.
