Welcome to La Concha Villa, a spacious and well-equipped 7-bedroom villa in Bophut, Koh Samui – an ideal choice for families or large groups looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

As you arrive, you'll find a covered parking area for two cars surrounded by a peaceful garden setting. From the entrance, guests can take the elevator to the upper floors or head straight into the games room, which includes a ping pong table, PS5, and other fun activities – perfect for kids and group entertainment. This level also includes two bedrooms, great for families with children or guests wanting quick access to the games area.

To the left of the entrance is a staircase leading upstairs, as well as access to the in-villa sauna and a nearby shower room.

On the first floor, the villa opens up into a large, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with the first look at the beautiful sea views. Relax in the TV lounge, enjoy a meal at the large dining table, or prepare food in the fully equipped kitchen. Slide open the glass doors to step out onto the pool deck, where you’ll find an infinity pool and sunbeds for lounging. Two more en suite bedrooms are located on this level, one on each side of the main living area.

Take the stairs or elevator to the top floor, where three additional en suite bedrooms await. Each offers stunning sea views and opens onto a large sun deck, ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the breeze.

The villa includes full-time on-site staff who handle daily cleaning, serve a light breakfast each morning, and can prepare additional meals on request.

• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 (cash only, equivalent currency value acceptable) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
