This private home is located in the estate of Shiva Samui, previously named Samui Beach Village. Located along a quiet lane just 40 steps to the beach, our colonial style home offers the perfect space to bliss out, rejoice and relax. Special attention has been paid to details, artwork, furniture, lighting as well as guest comfort.

White House by the Beach is just a few meters away from the idyllic white sand beach of Laem Set Bay. The bay stretches along the Southeast coastline of Koh Samui. Our house offers one of the most accessible luxury holiday beach house on the island at a very affordable price. A one-minute walk along the charming lane, takes you right to our sandy white beach.The house has a delightful colonial feel, all white with a lovely pale green roof, uncluttered Interiors spaces and comfy beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens, celling fans over the beds and air-conditioning.

This charming tropical private home is set in a beautiful tropical garden with its own private swimming pool. One of the more sheltered quiet beaches in Koh Samui is only a few meters away.

You enter the property from your private driveway through a profusion of tropical trees and flowers, palm trees, frangipani, bougainvillea and, of course beautiful orchids. Beach house grounds have been landscaped with an array of tropical plants selected for their native beauty and fragrance. They accent the well-kept garden around the pool.The fresh beach-style interiors with breezy high white ceilings, large sliding doors and insect screens, air con and ceiling fans provide regular fresh breezes throughout the cottage.
The entrance leads you directly into the spacious lounge; complete with comfortable seating and a home entertainment system that includes flat screen satellite TV with many entertainment channels. The beach house has fast wireless fiber optic Internet available for those who need to keep in touch with the outside world while enjoying this tropical paradise.
The dining room is conveniently placed between the lounge and kitchen areas providing easy access for entertaining and spacious relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences for food preparation including oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, blender, coffee machine and more. The kitchen, supplied with all modern appliances and cookware is open and connected with the living area. All tableware, china glasses, kitchenware and more are easily accessible.

The living area has glass doors on all sides and opens on to a wide verandah and private swimming pool. The heart of the beach house is the spacious open living space, dining space, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen all harmoniously connecting with each other.

There is a separate powder room for guest use. Cross-ventilation, ceiling fans and gentle sea breezes cool the living area. Breezy curtains invite sleepy late afternoons after a walk on the beach.

Outdoor Facilities
The large patio doors lead out to the terrace with private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing dip to cool down from tropical sunshine. The patio offers space for outdoor dining or stretching out on comfortable loungers. Have a drink on the patio; listen to songbirds in the garden; chill, watch the world go by.

Guests enjoy this space as a place to swim, sun, socialize and relax. A special activity: take a long beach walk in early morning or at sunset.

The front of the beach house features tropical gardens, terrace, private swimming pool to plunge in and cool off in the afternoons. Large sundeck is set out with patio table, umbrellas, chairs and sun loungers ready for you to enjoy the tropical sunshine that abounds in Samui. There is also an outdoor shower for sandy feet and bathing suits.
Guestroom 1 with its fresh Asian interior design is spacious, attractive and inviting. It features a king size bed, wardrobes, mirrors, and chairs. Guests experience a warm inviting feeling as the room opens on to a small terrace with coconut trees and Frangipani trees. The en-suite bathroom and shower are simple and tastefully decorated.
