Villa Ban Tai Tara 3 is a modern luxury villa designed for the comfort of the owner or guest alike.
The villa is built in a contemporary Thai style with floor to ceiling glass. Doors from each of the rooms slide back to allow direct access to the large terrace, 5x11 meter Pool and garden beyond.
The villa is detached and set in a private, walled garden with its own entrance and parking area.
It is South facing for sun lovers and a five minute walk to Ban Tai beach. The living area is spacious and elegantly furnished. Open plan with a fully equipped Kitchen with large centre Island that seats four and the Dining table with seating for six. The living area has high vaulted ceilings to give an even greater feeling of space and with views out to the pool, terrace and garden from each of the rooms. There is a 55 inch Smart television in the living room and blue tooth speaker for entertainment. The master bedroom is also equipped with a large wall mounted smart tv as does Bedroom 2. Desks in two of the bedrooms, perfect for guests who need to do a bit of remote work while away.
The pool has a large shallow end for the younger guests or pool games and slopes down to 1.8 meters at the deep end. There is plenty of space around the pool to relax. A full sun deck at the end of the pool for the sun lovers and a shaded Sala with seating and a ceiling fan as well as a large terrace with various sun loungers or a sofa to lie out on and simply read a book!
Ban Tai is a quiet little suburb with a lovely sandy beach, small shops, restaurants, massage spas, a shop to organise excursions, car or scooter hire and taxi hire can be arranged locally or just walk to the main road and hop on a Songtail taxi. For fitness fans there is a Fit Koh, a Gym, health cafe and Muay Thai/Yoga centre located nearby as well a new Padel tennis club if you are feeling energetic.
Baan Tai is about 10 minutes away from Nathon, the main town of Koh Samui and Maenam, a characterful one time fishing village with its lovely Temple.
The location makes Ban Tai and ideal holiday destination for those seeking something a little more tranquil.
Ban Tai is surrounded by a series of small and longer sandy bays that run from the western-most point of Mae Nam through to the north-west corner of Koh Samui, a peaceful part of the island.
The villa is located only 400 meters from Ban Tai beach, a long stretch of white sand with stunning views over to Koh Phangnan. There are areas with good swimming waters and others with more coral. As with its neighbouring Bang Po, the beach offers a number of very good Thai restaurants where you can dine in a beautiful setting.
Along the main road on the way to either Maenam or Bang Po, there are a few spas offering a range of treatments including whole detox programs, yoga sessions as well as massage treatments. The whole area enjoys an atmosphere of rest and relaxation, and a holiday in Ban Tai could represent a complete detoxification of the spirit.
Ban Tai is in easy reach of the hills which present some of the most stunning views of the island. Maenam on the doorstep with its selection of excellent restaurants and trendy bohemian town feel. The villa is finished to a high standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glass ware. There is a double sink and drainer as well as an additional bar/vegetable sink in the breakfast bar. All work surfaces are a black galaxy marble.
The dining set is a contemporary teak design, with a dramatic black chandelier above. A perfect setting should you wish to entertain.
Each of the bedrooms has a deluxe ensuite bathroom as well as the guest toilet that is off of the living room. Bedroom 2 has two additional full sized guest beds that fit under the twin beds in the room. They are on wheels and can be moved to accommodate your families requirements.

The garden is fully enclosed and is entered through the gate that leads off of its own private driveway and parking area. The tropical garden is a peaceful place to sit with views up the palm covered hills.
The pool was designed with the owners children in mind. The pool is approx 1 meter in the shallow end sloping to 1.8 meters at the deep end with two wide steps to sit on and relax. The garden sala seats 6 people comfortably while the terrace and sun deck has a further 4 sun loungers and sun bathing pads as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa set to relax on.

The villa is self catering, however food can be ordered locally and delivered to you, ideal if you are feeling lazy. We have catered several parties at the villa and the food is delicious.
This delightful villa is centrally located in the quiet hamlet of Baan Tai, and just 400 metres from the beautiful beach. A choice of at least 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk, as well as small shops, restaurants, Fit Koh gym, therapeutic massage, laundry services all on your door step. Friendly locals who have the time to stop and chat.
This beautifully presented villa benefits from its own private pool and sun deck. High walls and gated entrance offering you total peace and privacy. All linens and towels provided ( beach towels on request) - change of towels and bed linens every week.
Rental rates include weekly cleaning, laudry of bedding and towels and wifi.
