Baan Thamarchat offers huge unique private resort-style living for up to 20 people. It is constituted of 2 villas, Baan Yai and Baan Ya Kha.

3 housekeepers are in charge of daily cleaning, house, pool and garden everyday maintenance.

Baan Yai is an unique design and huge tropical villa, reminding the well known Thai "Sala".
A fresh grass roof 'open' lodge with swimming pool set in a lush coconut grove, it is the perfect place to relax or have fun.

Baan Maprao got its own 100 sqm event room, ideal for celebrations such as weddings or birthdays or Yoga retreats, workshops or co-working.

Baan Yai is Baan Maprao's biggest villa with 320 sqm of living space. There are 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms.


The open plan living area overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sofa area, dining area for up to 12 people, a fully furnished western-style kitchen and ceiling fans.

The slightly raised first floor (ground floor) has 2 of the bedrooms, both with King size beds, air conditioning, a TV, private bathroom, private toilet and a safe box.
One other bedroom with AC, TV and 2 single beds, connected with master bedroom, ideal for parents and kids.

Upstairs you will find another 2 spacious bedrooms, both with King size beds, sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and fans.
There is a third open air hot shower bathroom in the garden to give a truly tropical, natural feel.

The Swimming pool is 11x5 meters in size, and a maximum depth of 145 cms with a large child space. There are built-in benches inside the pool, and outside the pool there are sun bathing lounge chairs and an umbrella.
Ramp access is available to the first (ground) floor.

Then Baan Ya Kha are 3 accommodation bungalows and an open plan living and kitchen area. It is all gently arranged around the swimming pool, kitchen, living room with sofa and 50" Smart TV with international channels.

The swimming pool is integrated into the living room which makes it perfect for cocktail time but also offers a shallow shady space, ideal for children.

Above ground, the large living space offers a lounge area, dining space for up to 12 people and a fully furnished Western style kitchen in an open tropical setting.

Underwater, the swimming pool is 13x5 meters with a maximum depth of 145 cms. There are built-in benches inside the pool, and outside the pool there are sun bathing lounge chairs and an umbrella.

The 5 air conditioned bedrooms are arranged around the swimming pool.
Bungalow 1 has two bedrooms with King size beds. It also has a bathroom, separate toilet and a safe box.

Bungalow 2 has 2 bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one twin bedroom. It also has a bathroom, separate toilet and safe box.

Bungalow 3 is a single bedroom with King size bed with bathroom, separate toilet and safe box.

2 housekeepers are in charge of daily cleaning, house, pool and garden maintenance.

All bungalows also have fans.
