Whether you're visiting the University of Tennessee, attending a Vols game, exploring Knoxville, or enjoying a family getaway, our home offers a convenient and welcoming place to relax.

After a day exploring Knoxville, come home and soak in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy a peaceful afternoon in the hammock.

Inside, you'll find comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out.

### Sleeping Arrangements

Our four bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options for families and groups:

- **Bedroom 1:** King bed
- **Bedroom 2:** Bunk bed with queen-size bottom and full-size top
- **Bedroom 3:** Bunk bed with queen-size bottom and twin-size top
- **Bedroom 4:** Bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin-size top
- **Additional sleeping:** Twin floor mattress and basement futon

**Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.**

The Deep Hollow Retreat was built in 1970 and was originally our family residence. While it now primarily welcomes vacation guests, it retains many original features, including vintage cabinetry, older finishes, a traditional floor plan, and some uneven or sloping floors.

This is a clean, comfortable, functional, and well-loved family home—not a newly renovated, modern, or luxury property. You may notice signs of age and everyday wear.

If you're seeking sleek finishes or a hotel-style experience, this may not be the right fit. However, if you value spacious accommodations, a private hot tub, outdoor gathering spaces, and a convenient Knoxville location, we'd love to welcome you!
