  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this South Knoxville loft. This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park.

    If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead.

    Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.

The Farmhouse Loft was perfect for our sister trip! The space and neighborhood were so nice. Brandee was very helpful and gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops! Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

Visited Knoxville to attend our daughter’s sorority parents weekend. This place was exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet and very convenient to things around town. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent. The decor is adorable and beds comfy. They had everything we needed. Prime location for mountain bikers. Communication was always quick. Our family had a great stay!We went to The Creamery for ice cream around the corner and it was delish!

My buddy and I were in town for the Knoxville Half Marathon! It was amazing for us to have a kitchen to cook, an amazing location, and such amazing accommodations! I can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this pet-friendly loft. Everything was clean and well kept. The loft was thoughtfully stocked and it was nice to grill on the deck. Location was great too!

We’ve now stayed at The Farmhouse twice, and it has been a great fit for our family during our trips to Knoxville. The home is comfortable, well-kept, and a convenient place to stay while visiting the area. The host is very accommodating and always quick to respond, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Excellent alternative to a hotel when you're in Knoxville! We stayed for a long weekend while in town for a youth sports event and we are so happy we chose the Farmhouse Loft! It was spacious for the 4 of us. All beds were comfy. The AC was awesome and kept us cool in the summer heat. The back porch was a nice bonus, and our hosts were gracious and communicative. Easy parking and the neighborhood is a straight shot to the convention center and downtown. Highly recommend!

Was a great place to stay. Very nicely decorated and clean home. Had everything you could need and the hose was easy to communicate with. Close enough to the big events without being with in the middle of the business. Nice, quiet neighborhood to walk your small pet as well. Beds were also very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed it and will look to book again when we are back in town.

Property is in great condition and has everything you may have forgotten! Hosts were very quick to respond to a few questions and very accommodating. Great location for a day trip to the mountains and very accessible to downtown Knoxville. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Spotless and roomy.

Had a fantastic experience staying at The Farmhouse Loft. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The property manager was very kind, detailed in communications, attentive, and responsive. If we’re back in the Knoxville area in the future, I’d happily book The Farmhouse Loft again.

Cleanest Most Comfortable Vacation Rental

Fantastic home away from home! Easy self check-in and the cleanest most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at. The beds and furniture were comfortable and Brandee provided everything we needed and more. Highly recommend the Farmhouse Loft!

Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town

Best Knoxville rental!

Home exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully decorated and homey, well appointed and well stocked, great deck with grill. Tucked away on a quiet street yet 15 minutes to U of T. Our new go to for Knoxville!
