"Our stay in Crete was the best part of our 2-week vacation. We stayed at LAVRIS at the end of our stay in Crete because we had an early morning ferry and wanted to be close to the Port. The staff were so friendly and kept us informed before checking in and also after checking out. The area around the Hotel is busy but once you are inside it is nice and quiet. The hotel was very walkable - after checking in we actually had to drop our rental car back off at the airport and we decided to walk back...

"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"Amazing property with amazing staff. My family of 5 had a private ground floor villa with its own pool. It was very large, super clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, including complimentary water, raki, pasteli and juice. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Staff were very friendly and offered their advice and services throughout. Highly recommend and would come back again. Thankyou for the parting gifts also."

"Property has nice view of the old port. Living room is large. Kitchen is nice and large. Close to restaurants and bars. Free parking. When we arrived no one is at the property to meet us and we can’t contact Eleni. . We called Expedia and they also tried and unable to contact her. Expedia was trying to find us another accommodation when a guy from the bar below the property arrived and we asked if he knows the owner of the place and he said yes and somehow he was able get a hold of someone....
