There's something for everyone at Savannah Dawn, a Tuscan-inspired retreat in Southern Shores that will take your beach vacation to the next level. The semi-oceanfront location offers incredible views and convenient access to the beach just 500 feet from the house. Fabulous amenities including a pool, game and theater rooms, and even a sauna will make Savannah Dawn feel like your own private resort. Boasting quality finishes and unexpected design features that you don't find in your average beach house, Savannah Dawn is the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.

After a day at the beach, come home and unwind in the expansive great room with a wall of ocean-facing windows. Coffered ceilings, exposed beams, gorgeous hardwood floors and Tuscan-inspired tile throughout the common areas elevate the space to one of luxury and craftsmanship. The main living area is comprised of two separate furniture groupings, each with its own TV. Along with a central sitting area and a cozy den with a third TV, there's plenty of room for families to spread out on this level while still enjoying the sightlines and connection of an open-concept layout. The gourmet kitchen is anchored by a massive center island with bar seating, allowing family and friends to gather in heart of the home and socialize during meal prep. Two ovens and two dishwashers make cooking and cleaning up for large groups a breeze.

The good times continue downstairs in the rec space where you can show off your skills on the billiard table or play your best hand at the poker table. Go one-on-one in air hockey or foosball, or try to beat the highest score on the arcade games. For more laid-back entertainment, host a movie night in the theater with tiered, electric leather seating. A wet bar and full-size fridge on the ground level is perfect for grabbing a snack or a refill during the game or movie. At the end of the night, retreat to the stunning primary suite that features a huge private bath with a jetted tub and spacious walk-in shower. Six additional bedrooms, all of which are ensuite and provide deck access, will comfortably accommodate multiple or extended families. Guests with mobility issues can skip the stairs and use the elevator, which is also convenient for unpacking luggage and groceries.

Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed backyard oasis for around-the-clock fun and relaxation. Take a dip in the 23' x 13' private pool or unwind with a soak in the hot tub before grabbing a refreshing beverage from the tiki bar. Two levels of covered, wrap-around decking provide additional space for enjoying the fresh air and salty ocean breezes.
