JUBILATE (ju-bil-ah-tay) "Sing with Joy" is a spacious vacation home offering a large, airy living space and just a stones throw from the beach walk over. Located on the Oceanside, Jubilate has everything your family will need for a great vacation! Each bedroom offers deck access and several offer ocean views!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop and a park-style charcoal grill. Inside you will find a Rec Room with a large flat-screen TV/ DVD/VCR, Queen Sleep Sofa, beverage refrigerator and a foosball table.

Mid Level: King Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, Queen Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Queen Bed and Bunk Set. Laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer. All four bedrooms with deck access.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, wood burning fireplace, game table seating 2 and deck access, dining area seating 10, kitchen with counter seating 4 and a sitting area with deck access, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with a full size crib, deck access and a full bath with a whirlpool tub.

Extras: Hot Tub, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, 2 VCRs, high-speed internet, stereo, wood burning fireplace, high chair, beverage refrigerator, foosball table, beach toys, basketball hoop, 2 picnic tables, book library, DVDs/videos, gas grill, park-style charcoal grill and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach access: 375'. House Address: 132 Wampum Drive. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Singles, Bunk Set, Queen Sleep Sofa. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Awesome house! Great location!

This house was perfect! I’ve been doing a week trip with friends this exact week for 20 years and this house didn’t disappoint! House is close to the beach, has great amenities and the rate was great especially for what we got. Other reviews mentioned some things being in need of an update and while true nothing affected us in anyway. Kitchen/living area was great, rooms and beds were great, hot tub was awesome and a short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. Plenty of parking, a shed full of chairs and beach accessories, oh and a bonus game room downstairs too. . No brainer if your looking for a great house in Duck.

PV3 Jubilate home at Duck, NC

Good experience. No issues. The home is a little out of date. Everything worked well. The deck and outdoor furniture is weathered and is starting to show signs of wear. Recommend furniture on deck be replaced. Screws and nails exposed. The landscape around the house is overgrown and has thorns. Difficult for retrieving lost basket balls. House is clean and cozy. Recommend the owner consider a landscaper to clean up the yard. Super close to the beach. Outdoor lighting on second deck level floor and stairs did not work. Couches on the 3rd floor have no support and sink in. Hard to get up off of couch. Jacuzzi worked well. Kitchen appliances worked great.

An older house, but only a block and a half from beach

The house was fine- not terribly clean and furnishings very outdated. The refrigerator and freezer didn’t work well (ice maker didn’t work), and the dishwasher didn’t work well at all- nothing got clean :/. However, lots of space and nice neighborhood. Very near the shops but no noise, as the house is close to the beach and not the road.

Great location

Property is in a great location to beach and many restaurants and activities. Beach was clean and not overcrowded. Property was clean inside but showing signs of neglect. Furniture and decor very outdated. Deck needs repair along with the deck furniture. BBQ area is in disrepair. Overall, property worked for us but could use some care.
