With 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a spacious kitchen and a lush private backyard oasis, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. Within 10-15 min drive to the universities, uptown Waterloo, Conestoga Mall, St.Jacob market, Costco, and Boardwalk, it’s the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.
- No parties. Noise complaints are taken seriously. Keep noise low between 10 PM and 8 AM. Be considerate and avoid disturbing the neighbourhood. No illegal activity is allowed on the premises. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
- No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests. A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.
- Pets are not allowed. A surcharge of $300 per pet per night will be applied
- Guests have access to the entire house, except for the basement (restricted area with cameras).
